摘要:
The invention is directed to a method of manufacturing an image display, comprising the step of sticking an adhesive optical film to an image display panel substrate surface having a display defect-inducible scratch, wherein the adhesive optical film is selected and used according to the image display panel such that the formula: Y×(0.97X+0.45)>0.19Z−0.006 is satisfied, wherein X (mm) is the amount of creep displacement one hour after a load of 500 g is applied at 23° C. to a 10 mm square of an adhesion area of the adhesive optical film stuck to the panel substrate, Y (mm) is the thickness of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the adhesive optical film, and Z (mm) is a half length of the length of long side of the scratch of the image display panel substrate surface. According to the invention, a display defect, which would otherwise be caused by an scratch of the image display panel substrate, is avoided by filling the scratch with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the adhesive optical film.

Disclosed is a method for easily producing a long porous thermosetting resin sheet which has no resin coating film on the surface. Also disclosed are a porous thermosetting resin sheet produced by the method, and a composite semipermeable membrane having excellent chemical resistance and practical water permeability and salt-blocking property. The porous thermosetting resin sheet can be produced by forming a cylindrical or columnar resin block which is composed of a cured product of a thermosetting resin composition containing a thermosetting resin, a curing agent and a porogen; then forming a long thermosetting resin sheet by cutting the surface of the resin block at a certain thickness; and then removing the porogen from the thermosetting resin sheet.

An apparatus for diluting gas. The apparatus has a primary passage having at opposite ends an inlet for component gas and an inlet for a diluent gas, a secondary passage for collecting the mixture of the component gas and the diluent gas, and a plurality of gas pressure reducing tubes each having the same structure for reducing the pressure of gas flowing therethrough by the same amount and which are connected in parallel between the primary passage and the secondary passage. An exhaust outlet has a changeover device connected thereto and a plurality of exhaust passages each has one end connected with the change-over device, one exhaust passage having the other end connected to the primary passage between one inlet and the next adjacent pressure reducing tube, another exhaust passage having the other end connected to the primary passage between the other inlet and the next adjacent pressure reducing tube, and the remaining exhaust passages having their other ends connected to the primary passage between respective pairs of pressure reducing tubes. A pressure control device is connected to the secondary passage for making the pressure of the mixed gas in the secondary passage a definite pressure, and a pressure difference control device is connected between the primary and secondary passages for making the pressure difference between the primary passage and the secondary passage a definite constant value.

The forward osmosis membrane flow system (1) includes a high osmotic pressure fluid flow section (2) to which a high osmotic pressure fluid is supplied, a low osmotic pressure fluid flow section (3) to which a low osmotic pressure fluid with a lower osmotic pressure than that of the high osmotic pressure fluid is supplied, and a semipermeable membrane (4) that separates the high osmotic pressure fluid flow section and the low osmotic pressure fluid flow section from each other. A flow rate in the high osmotic pressure fluid flow section (2) is increased by an occurrence of fluid migration from the low osmotic pressure fluid flow section (3) into the high osmotic pressure fluid flow section (2) through the semipermeable membrane (4). The semipermeable membrane (4) is a composite semipermeable membrane with a polyamide-based skin layer formed on a porous epoxy resin membrane.

A separation membrane unit is provided with two separation membranes (1) which each have a separation active layer (4) formed on one surface of a sheet-like porous base material (3) and which are superposed on each other so that the separation active layers (4) face each other. The two separation membranes (1) are folded multiple times into pleats, and as a result, folds (5) are formed alternately on one side and the other side (top side and bottom side in FIG. 4A) of the two separation membranes (1). As a result of the two separation membranes (1) being superposed on each other so that the separation active layers (4) face each other, the separation active layers (4) are not exposed, and the simple configuration can prevent the separation active layers (4) from being damaged.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a composite semipermeable membrane, which has excellent chemical resistance, and in which floating of a skin layer is not easily generated. A method for producing a composite semipermeable membrane of the present invention, characterized in that an atmospheric pressure plasma treatment is performed to a front surface on which a skin layer of an epoxy resin porous support is to be formed, thereafter the skin layer is formed on the front surface.
