A risk analyzer analyzing risk of a system including N (natural number greater than or equal to 2) elements connected includes: an inputter receiving, as inputs, a cost of each N element for increasing a safety degree against a threat to security, a connection relationship of at least part of the N elements, an entry point being an element serving as an entry to the system, and a defense target being an element protected in the system; an identifier identifying, based on the cost of each N element and the connection relationship, a target element of one or more elements requiring a minimum total cost necessary for cutting off a target path from the entry point to the defense target by increasing a safety degree of one or more elements on the target path to a threshold value or more; and an outputter outputting element information indicating the target element.

A map information creation device for presenting information at an appropriate time includes: an operation obtaining unit which obtains operation information indicating (i) each of positions passed through by a movable body that is moved by a user and (ii) a frequency of an operation performed on a device by a user of the movable body when the movable body is at the position; a determining unit which determines, for each of positions on a map, whether or not information presentation is allowed, based on the frequency at the position indicated by the operation information; and a creating unit which creates the map information indicating a result of the determination by the determining unit for each position on the map.

When it is determined there is no abnormality from the virtual manufacture of the product, the physical manufacturing apparatus physically manufactures the product.
Abstract:
When compression encoding processing of an image is performed in units of macroblocks using a pipeline structure, an application of a skip mode or the like according to MPEG4AVC to compression encode an encoding target block requires motion vectors and the like of adjacent blocks of the encoding target block. However, depending on a structure of the pipeline stages, the motion vectors may not be determined. In such cases, the skip mode cannot be applied to compression encode the encoding target block. This problem can be solved by (i) calculating all motion information candidates, of the encoding target block, corresponding to all motion information selectable by a previous block of the encoding target block, and (ii) selecting, as the motion information of the encoding target block in the skip mode, the motion information corresponding to the motion information determined for the previous block.
