    摘要： The invention is directed to efficient notification of the hearing impaired during emergencies. A message initiating agency and an administrator create an outbound message for delivery and further selects a number of campaign related parameters. A telecommunications interface module is provided that is capable of detecting the presence of a connected TTY device, and a connected TTY device logging system for recording in a database the occurrences of detection of a TTY devices associated with a particular telecommunications interface, or outbound message contact. The system delivers the campaign message to one or more telecommunications interfaces, delivers a TTY compatible message or a provides notification to said administrator of the detection of a connected TTY device, and records the incidence of failures to deliver the campaign message.

Two different indicators may be displayed to indicate whether the television program supports an interactive television mode and/or an online television mode.

The loop of image data can be identified after an event, such as the administration of contrast agent to the subject. A reference loop image frame is compared to one or more data loop image frames and the reference loop frame is associated with a data loop image frame which closely resembles the data loop image frame. Each of the associated frames can then be processed and used to create an image difference overlay frame.

    摘要： A process for tracing an operator selected feature in an M-mode ultrasonic image comprises selecting a pixel of the selected feature within the M-mode image. A reference region is generated about the selected feature pixel and image intensity values are extracted for the reference region. A time point is selected in the M-mode ultrasonic image wherein the time point is at a different time than the selected feature pixel and a comparison region is generated about the selected time point. Image intensity values are extracted for the comparison region and a difference error is calculated for each location within the comparison region by comparing the reference region image intensity values with the comparison regions image intensity values. The location that has the smallest difference error is identified as a feature pixel at the time point.
