摘要:
Multilayered sheet insulating material for heat insulation and sound proofing having at least two separation layers made of flexible material, such as sheets, non-woven fabric, paper or the like, and spacer elements between the separation layers. The spacer elements are formed by spacer fibers which are oriented perpendicular to the separation layers, and at least one end of the spacer fibers is linked, e.g., by adhesive, to a separation layer. The sheet insulating material also includes supporting fibers arranged between the separation layers and proximate the spacer fibers for supporting the spacer fibers. The sheet insulating material has very good insulating properties, a particularly low weight and high flexibility.

A scaffold for tissue culture and cell culture and for producing implant materials, in particular bone, cartilage or skin replacements or extra-corporal organ replacements or for other applications in medicine or biotechnology is made of biocompatible materials. It has at least one base material which is electrostatically flocked with fibers on at least one side. Through the electrostatic flocking the fibers are arranged almost perpendicularly on the surface of the base material and exhibits a high fiber pull-out resistance. The scaffold provides an elastic growth lattice, which is stable against compression, for cell colonization in vitro or the ingrowth of cells in vivo. Implants or implant materials can be produced with the scaffold.

A multilayer knitted structure includes two knitted webs which are interconnected by a third thread system. The two knitted webs are held together by at least one bundle of warp threads, and is suited for use in producing semi-finished structures for fiber composites. The thickness of the multilayer knitted structure can be increased by further warp thread bundles and additional weft threads. The warp and weft threads are advantageously configured to run according to the stress applied, for example, in the fiber composite.

A non-woven fabric is produced by the transportation of a fiber flow at an angle which is less than 90.degree. to the transport direction of the non-woven fabric to be manufactured, with the feed rate of the fiber flow being controlled, the fibers which are to form a fiber layer being placed next to one another, and with the formed fiber layer being simultaneously, and in the lateral border areas of the fiber layers, being consecutively, combined with the preceding fiber layer, reinforcing the produced non-woven fabric. The angle of the fiber flow to the transport direction of the non-woven fabric to be manufactured is set between 0.degree. and 89.degree.. The controlling of the fiber flow comprises monitoring of the quantity feed rate and/or dissociation of the fiber flow and/or fiber mixing, immediately prior to the formation of a fiber layer. In order to combine the formed fiber layer with the preceding fiber layer, this is placed adjacent to the formed fiber layer, or placed on at least one formed fiber layer.

In a textile machine including needles for forming a plurality of warp yarns into stitches and a guide bar for guiding the warp yarns to the needles, the guide bar is constructed to lay warp yarns in patterns without moving the entire guide bar by providing the guide bar with at least one guide block movable relative to a fixed point on the guide bar. Each of the guide blocks includes a respective guide for one or more warp yarns. At least one guide block is connected in a chain configuration to at least one distance altering element, and the distance altering element is controlled to variably alter the distance between the guide block and the fixed point.

The invention is directed to a process and a device for the production of textile net-like fabrics by various bonding processes, e.g., the warp knitting process or stitch bonding process. Based on the object of the invention--to provide a process and a device for carrying out the process by various bonding processes, e.g., the warp knitting process or stitch bonding process, for producing textile net-like fabrics with large mesh widths, a high variability of structure, and product widths extending beyond the working width--a plurality of adjacent groups of mesh side threads forming the mesh sides in the working direction are produced, at least one function thread (4) is joined with at least one group of mesh side threads (1), the function threads are guided out of the group of mesh side threads transversely to the working direction to form the other mesh side lying transversely to the working direction, at least one function thread (4) is formed in a loop in order to form function thread reserves, and the function thread is joined with at least one group of mesh side threads (1).

Based on the object of the invention--to provide a process and a device for carrying out the process for producing textile net-like fabrics with threads which are continuous in the working direction and transversely thereto and which form mesh sides of the net, with large mesh widths, a high variability of structure, and product widths extending beyond the working width --a plurality of adjacent groups (4) of mesh side threads forming the mesh sides in the working direction are produced, a function thread (12) is guided from one longitudinal side of the fabric to be produced to the opposite longitudinal side of the fabric to be produced in order to form the other mesh side lying transversely to the working direction, the function thread is temporarily set in its position transversely to the working direction at least at two setting points arranged adjacent to one another transversely to the working direction, the function thread is formed into at least one loop in order to form function thread reserves (13) between two setting points arranged transversely to the working direction, the function thread which is provided with at least one function thread reserve and is temporarily set transversely to the working direction is tied on or tied in at the same time at least at two adjacent groups of mesh side threads, and the temporary setting of the function thread is canceled.

In the present apparatus for the execution of the method for the production of a non-woven fabric, one or more fiber feed rate control devices, each connected to a traverse drive unit, are arranged to one or more fiber flow transport devices, below an angle of 90.degree. to the transport direction of the non-woven fabric to be manufactured, and assigned to an already known non-woven fabric transport device. The fiber feed rate control device contains a rotation unit. The fiber feed rate control device is arranged at the beginning or above the non-woven fabric transport device. The traverse drive is formed as a pivot drive. In order to dissolve the fiber flow consisting of fibers, adhesively connected to one another, the fiber feed rate control arrangement contains a dissolving roll. The fiber feed rate control device and the traverse drive unit have variable speed motors for the required adjustment of the fiber flow feed rate to the delivery speed of the non-woven fabric, depending on the surface measurement of the non-woven fabric to be produced and the reinforcement speeds. The traverse drive unit has working width position stops.
