    摘要: For externally actuating a brake system, both the surroundings of the brake pedal and, if necessary, additional parameters (d,d ,Vref) are monitored a sensor unit (6,10,11). Then the brake pressure (pnom) will be set automatically in an expedient manner in dependence of the individual parameters that were evaluated. Advantageous further embodiments include proposals for precharging the brake or braking slightly or automatically applying a higher brake pressure in dependence of the measuring results, in so far as this is reasonable with respect to road conditions and the driver's wishes as they were assumed by the system.

    摘要: Multiple forces act upon a steering spindle. Further, the mounting support of the steering spindle and the steering spindle itself are affected by tolerances, as a result of which the steering spindle with its longitudinal axis is moved radially relative to the vehicle chassis. Control devices for controlling the vehicle dynamics require steering angle sensors which have to indicate the current steering angle and variations thereof with great precision. If the steering angle is invariably fixed with respect to the chassis frame, the measurement frequently becomes inaccurate due to the radial movement of the spindle axis. As a remedy, the present invention arranges for the steering angle sensor to be positioned in the area of a spindle bearing. Favorable improvements relate to linking the sensor housing to the housing of the spindle bearing.

    摘要: A hydraulic anti-locking brake unit is presented in which the brake line is shut off by an isolating valve (20) during a control action. For the reduction of the pressure, the outlet valve (7) is opened, so that the pump (14) delivers hydraulic fluid out of the wheel brake into the high-pressure accumulator (19). For a renewed pressure build up, the inlet valve (6) is opened, so that hydraulic fluid flow is directed out of the high-pressure accumulator (19) back to the wheel brake. In order to be able to utilize a high-pressure accumulator having a low receiving capacity, various valving arrangements are disclosed to direct excess flow from the pump either to the master cylinder or a low pressure accumulator.

    摘要: A brake system with anti-locking and/or traction slip control is disclosed including a brake pressure generator, an auxiliary pressure supply system having one or more bypass-regulated hydraulic pumps, and electrically controllable multi-way valves in the brake conduits. An auxiliary pressure supply system is connected either directly or through multi-way valves to the wheel brakes and, through separating valves, to the brake pressure generator. Inserted in bypass conduits which are connected in parallel to the hydraulic pumps, are additional multi-way valves which are normally closed in the rest position but which are reswitchable to an open position and by way of which the pressure in the auxiliary pressure supply system is controllable to modulate the brake pressure in the wheel brakes.

    摘要: In a traction slip-controlled brake system for automotive vehicles, comprising an auxiliary pressure source and a pedal-operated brake valve through which pressure fluid from the auxiliary pressure source can be applied to the wheel brakes. A first valve switchable from a locking position into a passage position is switched into a pressure fluid conduit leading from the auxiliary pressure source to the wheel brakes of the one motor vehicle axle, and a second valve is switched into the brake conduit connecting the wheel brakes of the said motor vehicle axle to the brake valve. The said second valve can switch over from a passage position into a locking position. Moreover, a check valve is provided in the line section connecting the first valve to the wheel brakes of the one motor vehicle axle, with the said check valve precluding a flow back of pressure from the wheel brakes to the first valve. An additional third valve is provided in a line connecting this line branch to the return line which valve, in non-excited condition, for safety reasons, will then open the communication with the pressure fluid reservoir.

With the booster (31) intact, the auxiliary pressure prevailing in the booster chamber (35) acts by way of a pressure line (85, 87) on the two-stage piston (20) of a fast-fill cylinder (18), whose small stage (95) is immersed into a filling chamber (22) and, during the brake action, presses the pressure fluid available in the filling chamber (22) by way of pressure line (33) into the one brake line (37) connected to the working chamber (34) of the master cylinder (30). When the booster fails, the two-stage piston ( 20) of the fast-fill cylinder (18) remains in its initial position so that the piston (92) of the master cylinder (30) merely brings about pressure build-up in the two brake circuits (36, 37). The piston is moved by the brake pedal (46) by way of the actuating rod (11) and the piston rod (8).
