The terminal includes: a first conductive member having a plate shape; a second conductive member including a flange electrically connected to the first conductive member; a fastener mechanically securing the first conductive member and the flange of the second conductive member to each other; and a metal joint metal-joining the first conductive member and the flange of the second conductive member to each other at a location away from the fastener. The metal joint includes a first connection region and a second connection region. The second connection region is located closer to a center of the flang than the first connection region.

摘要: A battery is provided in which an electrode tab group is hardly damaged. In the herein disclosed battery, an electrode body includes an electrode body main body part, a positive electrode tab group protruding from a first end part, and a negative electrode tab group protruding from a second end part. The positive electrode tab group and the negative electrode tab group are folded and bent to make tip ends of electrode tabs respectively configuring these tab groups be arranged along a second side wall of the battery case. A portion of the folded and bent electrode tab is joined to the electrical collector body of the same pole. The battery includes a spacer between the electrode body main body part and the second side wall, and the spacer is to regulate movement of the electrode body.

摘要: An electrode assembly has a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate. The battery case accommodates the electrode assembly. A tab portion is provided on at least one of the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate and extends on a side of the electrode assembly. A current collector is connected to the tab portion. An insulating sheet is disposed between the electrode assembly and the battery case and has a fold-over portion between the battery case and the current collector. The current collector faces a side surface of the battery case with the tab portion being folded. A joined portion at which portions of the insulating sheet are joined to each other is formed in the fold-over portion.

摘要: A battery disclosed herein includes a wound electrode body, a battery case having a substantially rectangular first surface, and an electrolytic solution injection hole formed on the first surface of the battery case, a sealing member for sealing the electrolytic solution injection hole, and an insulating member fixed to the first surface. The electrolytic solution injection hole is formed in a position that does not overlap with vertexes of the curved portions of the plurality of wound electrode bodies. Herein, a part of the insulating member is disposed in a valley portion surrounded by a surface linking the vertexes of the adjacent wound electrode bodies and the curved surface of the curved portion of the adjacent wound electrode bodies, and a part of the sealing member is disposed in the valley portion.

The first region includes a region that exists on the first conductive member side relative to a border surface and a first protrusion region that protrudes toward the second conductive member relative to the border surface, and the second region includes a region that exists on the second conductive member side relative to the border surface and a second protrusion region that protrudes toward the first conductive member relative to the border surface.
