摘要: In an aspect, a UE obtains information (e.g., UE-specific information) associated with a set of triggering criteria (e.g., from a server, a serving network, e.g., in conjunction with or separate from a set of neural network functions) for a set of neural network functions, the set of neural network functions configured to facilitate positioning measurement feature processing at the UE, the set of neural network functions being generated dynamically based on machine-learning associated with one or more historical measurement procedures. The UE obtains positioning measurement data associated with a location of the UE, and processes the positioning measurement data into a respective set of positioning measurement features based at least in part upon the positioning measurement data and at least one neural network function from the set of neural network functions that is triggered by at least one triggering criterion from the set of triggering criteria.

摘要: Fallback procedures for user equipments (UEs) are described that provide efficient fallback to a four-step random access procedure from a two-step random access procedure. For example, after transmitting a first message of a two-step random access procedure, a UE may start a fallback timer or counter and monitor for a second message of the two-step random access procedure for the duration of the fallback timer or counter. At the expiration of the fallback timer or counter, the UE may fall back to a four-step random access procedure. In some cases, the UE may transmit multiple repetitions of the first message and monitor for responses after transmitting the repetitions or after each repetition. Additionally, or alternatively, the base station may transmit an explicit signal to the UE that may signal to the UE to perform a fallback procedure at a beginning or middle of a random access procedure.

For example, an operator may utilize the duplexing gap as a second downlink channel for an operator that has an uplink channel next to the guard. an operator may utilize the duplexing gap as a second uplink channel for an operator that has a downlink channel next to the guard. In some examples, a new block may be added for an operator (e.g., the first operator, the second operator, or a third and distinct operator). The new block may include an uplink channel and a downlink channel (which are adjacent to respective uplink and downlink channels for other operators, hence avoiding additional interference). A new block may be added for an operator (e.g., the first operator, the second operator, or a third and distinct operator), which may be subdivided in time, frequency, or both.

摘要: Aspects of the disclosure relate to power reduction measures that can be employed by wireless user equipment (UE) participating in an extended reality (XR) application. A wireless UE, while operating in a first power state, may receive, from an XR service provider, a plurality of packets corresponding to a video frame. The UE may reassemble and decode the received packets to reproduce the video frame. Once the UE determines it has received information sufficient to reproduce the video frame, the UE may enter a second power state, different from the first power state, for a predetermined amount of time. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.

A user equipment (UE) may train a first set of layers of a neural network based on channel estimates using a set of resources. The UE may generate a set of weights for the first set of layers of the neural network based on the training. The UE may receive, from a first network entity, an indication of an association between a first set of signaling and a second set of signaling based on the first set of layers of the neural network. The UE may receive the second set of signaling from a second network entity and process the second set of signaling using the set of weights for the first set of layers based on the association between the first set of signaling and the second set of signaling.

A user equipment (UE) and a serving base station may locally store secret information (e.g., side information, such as a secret key, a public key, etc.) that is used to protect physical (PHY) layer channel or signal transmissions. The UE and the serving base station may determine a next value of a pseudo random sequence that is a function of a current value of the pseudo random sequence and the secret information and may use the next value to determine a time-varying parameter. The UE and the serving base station may use this time-varying parameter to determine which tones, which symbols periods, or which sequence, is being used for a subsequent communication of a PHY layer channel or signal.

摘要: Wireless communication techniques that include techniques for allocating resources for peak reduction tones are discussed. A UE may receive from a base station an indication of one or more frequency resources that are allocated for uplink communication. The UE may also receive from the base station an indication of a subset of the one or more frequency resources allocated for uplink communication that are also allocated for transmission of one or more peak reduction tones. The UE may transmit to the base station at least one peak reduction tone on at least one frequency resource of the subset of the one or more frequency resources. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

摘要: Sounding reference signals (SRS) transmitted by a UE, e.g., for positioning or channel estimation, may be configured for one or both of frequency tone level cyclic shift and symbol level code, which, for example, enables multiplexing a greater number of UEs. The frequency tone level cyclic shift is produced by jointly processing a number of symbols with an extended cyclic shift structure. The SRS may be configured using a symbol group level that indicates the number of symbols associated with a cyclic shift structure, and an outer code that indicates a multiplier applied to the SRS at the symbol level, which increases the multiplexing opportunities. The symbol level code may further indicate an extended cyclic shift indicating a linear increase in phase rotation across tones in symbols associated with the symbol group level.

摘要: Aspects described herein relate to receiving, from a base station on a first subband of an unlicensed frequency band, control information that includes a resource allocation of an uplink transmission associated with the first UE and a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) configuration of a downlink transmission associated with a second UE. The apparatus also may obtain one or more measurements of a DMRS within channel activity on a second subband of the unlicensed frequency band using a listen-before-talk (LBT) operation based on the DMRS configuration. The apparatus also may determine whether the channel activity corresponds to the downlink transmission associated with the second UE based on the one or more measurements of the DMRS within the channel activity. The apparatus also may communicate, with the base station on the second subband, the uplink transmission when the channel activity corresponds to the downlink transmission associated with the second UE.
