    摘要: Methods, systems, and devices are described for dynamically adjusting a ZeroCorrelationZoneConfig (Ncs) parameter of a base station. An initial Ncs parameter is set for the base station. A determination is made as to whether a count of timing synchronization failures between a mobile device and the base station exceeds a threshold. A determination is also made as to whether the timing synchronization failures correspond to a predetermined range of timing advanced (TA) estimated values. Upon determining that the count of timing synchronization failures exceeds the threshold and that the failures correspond to the predetermined range of TA estimated values, the initial Ncs parameter is dynamically adjusted.

The OAM core network may determine a latest update to the ML/NN model and features based on the request and generate a response to the request indicative of the latest update to the ML/NN model and features. In aspects, a base station may initiate the request for the ML/NN model and features by transmitting the request for the ML/NN model and features to the OAM core network. The base station may receive the generated response of the OAM core network based on the transmitted request. In further aspects, a UE may initiate the request for the ML/NN model and features by transmitting the request to the base station, where the UE may receive the ML/NN model and features from the base station based on the transmitted request.

    摘要: Various embodiments include methods and user equipment (UE) for mobile-terminated call handling when a latency-sensitive service (LSS) is active on the UE. Embodiments may include determining a radio access technology (RAT) used for a latency-sensitive service (LSS) currently active on the UE in response to receiving an MT call invitation and determining whether a latency-prone service command is received that includes service commands configured to change the determined RAT used for the LSS to another RAT likely to compromise the LSS. In response to determining that a latency-prone service command is received the MT call invitation may be rejected, but in response to determining that a latency-prone service command is not received, MT call alerting may be allowed.

    摘要: Methods and apparatuses for wireless communications are disclosed. For example, one method includes detecting a procedure and determining the procedure is a qualifying procedure. The method further includes detecting one or more handover events indicative of handover procedures, where the handover procedures interfere with the execution of the qualifying procedure. The method also includes comparing a radio frequency condition of the communication between a user equipment and a source access point with a threshold value based on the radio frequency condition and delaying handover procedures for a predefined time based on the comparison, wherein the delaying of the handover procedures occurs when the detected procedure is the qualifying procedure and when the radio frequency condition satisfies a threshold that is based on the threshold value.

During a call setup procedure, the device may implement a “keep alive” mechanism to maintain an RRC connection established as part of the call setup procedure. The “keep alive” mechanism may be configured to insert some padding traffic (e.g., dummy packets) to maintain the RRC connection, for example, by restarting the network RRC connection release timer to prevent its expiration and release of the RRC connection during call setup.

A wireless communications device may determine that a robust header compression (RoHC) mode is in an initialization and refresh (IR) state, indicating a full Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) Protocol Data Unit (PDU), including complete header information, is to be transmitted. The wireless communications device may identify that a payload of at least part of a media frame is to be transmitted in the IR state, and drop at least part of the payload when a probability of segmenting the payload during transmission in the IR state exceeds a threshold.
