摘要： Mass spectrometric methods are described for determining the amount of analyte in a sample collected by a microsampling device. Provided herein are methods directed to quantitating the amount of an analyte in a sample by extracting an analyte from a sample collected by a microsampling device, purifying the sample by liquid chromatography, ionizing the analyte to generate one or more ions detectable by mass spectrometry; and determining the amount of the one or more ions by mass spectrometry. The amount of analyte in the sample is related to the amount of analyte in the patient.
