摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing a whole grain cereal based extract having improved suspension properties. The process comprises the steps of: (i) providing a whole grain cereal; (ii) subjecting the whole grain cereal to a first grinding; (iii) subjecting the ground whole grain cereal to an hydrolysis of the macromolecular elements providing a modified whole grain cereal; (iv) separating a soluble fraction of the modified whole grain cereal from an insoluble fraction of the modified whole grain cereal; and (v) subjecting the insoluble fraction of the modified whole grain cereal to a second grinding and/or enzymatic modification obtaining a cereal based fraction having improved suspension properties, and comprising particles having a particle size of at the most 100 μm, such as at the most 50 μm, e.g. at the most 30 μm; and (vi) reincorporating at least part of the cereal based fraction obtained from step (v) into at least part of the soluble fraction obtained from step (iv) obtaining the whole grain cereal based extract.

摘要: A method and apparatus (e.g., network test instrument) for presenting network device diagnostic information in which a listing of network devices discovered via a first network connection (e.g., wirelessly—802.11) to a test network is presented in a GUI of a network diagnostic instrument. Acquired network diagnostic information for a network device selected from the listing of network devices is then presented in the GUI wherein the presented network diagnostic information is acquired via the first network connection (e.g., wirelessly—802.11). Indication (and a link thereto) is provided in the GUI indicating network diagnostic information for the selected network device was also acquired via a second network connection to the test network (e.g., via a wired connection—802.3).

摘要: An electroacupuncture system for measuring and treating meridian energy balance in a patient. The system can include a pressure sensitive probe and return path contact, both of which are connected to an electrical potential source. The probe and contact are meant to be applied to a patient to diagnose and treat meridian energy imbalances. The system also includes a processing apparatus connected to the electrical potential source capable of interpreting the readings taken by the electrical potential source and probe and affecting operation of the system based on the readings. The processing apparatus may also use measurements to calculate an overall meridian energy balance number.

摘要: A clocked cascadable power regulator including synchronization logic and PWM control logic. The synchronization logic receives a clock signal and asserts a digital output signal synchronized with the clock signal in response to assertion of a digital input signal. The PWM control logic controls a PWM cycle in response to the digital input signal and in response to an output control condition. The regulator may be used alone or cascaded with other similar regulators for implementing a multiphase power converter with multiple channels. The clocked cascadable regulator uses digital signals to communicate between channels. Digital signals are not prone to the same kind of signal degradation or noise susceptibility as analog signals. In the cascaded configuration, there is one clock common to all channels which ensures that the phase separation between the channels is symmetrical to within the jitter tolerance of the common clock.
