    摘要: This application relates to a fusion protein, which is composed of a thrombolytic protein, an anticoagulant protein, and a linker peptide. In particular, the fusion protein is composed of an anticoagulant protein and a protein molecule having plasminogen-activating activity, wherein said two proteins are linked together via a linker peptide, which can be recognized and cleaved by blood coagulation factors. The application also relates to the medical use of said fusion protein, and to the use of the linker peptide which can be recognized by blood coagulation factor in linking a thrombolytic protein and an anticoagulation protein.

    摘要: A method of producing single or few-layer graphene comprises exfoliating graphite with a polymer to form a graphene-polymer composite and subsequently treating the composite to disassociate graphene. The exfoliation process is conducted using sonication. The graphene is disassociated from the polymer by a treatment step such as acid hydrolysis. The method results in highly pure graphene.
