摘要： A tensioning mechanism for drive belts which consists of a support arm, a rotating tensioning roll mounted on the arm, and a pivot bearing on the support arm a certain distance away from the tensioning roll. The tensioning mechanism is attached together with a mounting plate by a fastener to a machine block. A spring urges the tensioning roll away from the mounting plate and toward the drive belt. In the area of the pivot bearing, the mounting plate has, in the axial direction of the bearing, a fork-shaped cross section with shank sections which support the pivot bearing on both sides, radially and axially, by way of the fastener.

The pump comprises a shaft and an impeller mounted on one end of the shaft and, an outer bearing ring surrounding the shaft. An axial face seal is mounted on one projecting end of the shaft operable bearing ring and to tension spring-loaded sliding rings with a predetermined contact pressure against each other. The outer axial end face of the axial face seal is aligned with the axial end face of the shaft to simplify and insert the same preloading of the bearing for assemblies put together by mass production techniques.

摘要： A rolling bearing unit, in particular a play-adjustable bearing arrangement, comprising a bearing shaft, a housing having a bore, and angular contact ball bearings having outer rings arranged in the housing bore and inner rings arranged on the bearing shaft. The shaft is provided with three annular grooves, a threaded portion, and an axial groove along the threaded portion. A locking ring is arranged in the first annular groove, a first cover is arranged on the shaft and abuts the locking ring, and the inner ring of the first bearing abuts the cover. The adjustment of the bearing play is achieved by adjustably arranging a second cover on the threaded portion of the shaft to abut the inner ring of the other ball bearing. The securing of the second cover against rotation relative to the shaft is achieved by deforming or indenting the boss of the cover to engage the axial groove. The outer rings of the bearings are L-shaped and a pair of slotted rings are arranged in the second and third annular grooves of the shaft, between and near the flanges. The slotted rings prevent the balls of the bearings from falling out during shipment and before assembly in a housing.

摘要： A tension roller for enabling adjustment of the tightness of a driving belt, comprising a solid support and a bearing press-fit thereon. The solid support has an axially extending mounting bore eccentrically arranged therein and a seating surface formed circumferentially thereon. A plurality of balanced bores are circumferentially distributed in the support in order to obtain a uniform radial elasticity at the seating surface. The balance bores may have a diameter equal to or less than the diameter of the mounting bore. In the latter case, the shortest distance between the balance bore surfaces and the seating surface is equal to the shortest distance between the mounting bore surface and the seating surface. The resultant uniformity of the radial elasticity prevents deformation of the bearing.

In order to interconnect the parts precisely to one another for centering and to ensure their reliable interconnection, the inner ring of the rolling bearing is mounted on the outer surface of the wheel hub and/or the drive joint, and end surfaces of the inner ring abut first shoulder surfaces of the wheel hub and the drive joint. The wheel hub and the drive joint directly abut one another at the end surfaces with are provided with substantially axially extending and intermeshing projections. The pin extends through the wheel hub and drive joint and engages second shoulder surfaces of both parts with radial projections.
