摘要: A valve for controlling fluids, which is provided with a fluid-filled coupling chamber that is disposed between an actuator piston of a piezoelectric actuator and a piston that actuates a valve member. In order to compensate for a leakage in the coupling chamber that is intermittently under high pressure during a switching procedure, a filling valve is provided that is disposed radially on the coupling chamber, but outside the chamber, and this valve monitors an inflow from an inlet conduit that is under ambient pressure in the valve. In this manner, on the one hand, the clearance volume produced by the attachment of the filling valve is very small and on the other hand, the filling valve is independent of the accelerated movements of the pistons, i.e., independent of their acceleration forces. The valve is designated for use in fuel injection devices for internal combustion engines of motor vehicles.

摘要: A fuel device including a high-pressure fuel source from which fuel is supplied to fuel injection valves. The fuel injection valves are controlled with the aid of a valve that is driven by a piezoelectric or magnetostrictive drive mechanism. With the aid of this drive mechanism, a 3-way valve having a closing body can be adjusted in an intermediary position in which a control chamber, by way of which a hydraulic force can be exerted in the closing direction on a valve closing member of the injection valve, can simultaneously be connected to a high-pressure fuel source and a relief chamber in order to adjust a control pressure that lies between the high pressure of the high-pressure source and a relief pressure. In this manner, a partial opening of the injection valve member of the injection valve can be adjusted in order to introduce a reduced injection quantity into the combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine.

摘要: A fuel injection system for internal combustion engines is proposed which supplies fuel injection valves with fuel from a high-pressure fuel source, under the control of a control unit. The fuel injection valve has an injection valve member, whose opening or closing position is determined by a pressure that acts upon this injection valve member and that is set in a control chamber. To that end, to perform an injection, the pressure in the control chamber must be relieved; which is achieved with a control valve that opens two different outflow cross sections of an outflow conduit of the control chamber in succession. This makes it possible to accomplish an adapted opening of the fuel injection valve member for a preinjection and for a main injection.

摘要: The invention relates to a fuel injection valve that has a valve member which can control a fuel outlet opening. The valve member has a first opening surface, which defines a first opening pressure chamber in the opening direction of the valve member, wherein the first opening pressure chamber is connected to a high-pressure fuel source and the pressure in the first opening pressure chamber produces a first opening force against the first opening surface. 摘要: The invention sets forth a fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines, which includes a valve member, axially displaceably guided in a valve body. The valve member includes a sealing face on an end toward a combustion chamber which cooperates with a valve seat face provided on the valve body in order to control an injection port. The injection port communicates on an end remote from the combustion chamber with a final control element for actuating the valve member. The injection valve has a hydraulic damping device which when stoppage of the valve member in an intermediate position between contact with the valve seat and the maximum opening stroke is controlled by the piezoelectric final control element keeps the valve member in that stroke position.
