摘要: The present invention relates to a polymer composition comprising (85-100 wt %) of a propylene copolymer based on the total amount of the polymer composition, wherein the comonomer in the propylene copolymer is selected from moiety derived from ethylene, an α-olefin having (4) to (20) carbon atoms or a combination thereof, wherein the amount of the comonomer is in the range of (0.50 to 4.5) wt % based on the propylene copolymer, wherein the fraction of melted propylene copolymer in the temperature range from (116 to 151° C.) is in the range from (65 to 90) wt % based on the total weight of the propylene copolymer. The present invention also relates to expanded polypropylene (EPP) beads comprising said polymer composition. The invention further relates to the use of such EPP beads. The invention further relates to a process for preparing such EPP beads. The present invention also relates to an article made from said EPP beads. The invention further relates to the use of such article. The invention further relates to a process for preparing such article.

摘要: The invention relates to a flame retardant polypropylene composition comprising (A) a polypropylene-based polymer, (B) a first flame retardant in an amount of 15 to 40 wt % of the total composition, wherein the first flame retardant is in the form of particles comprising ammonium polyphosphate and at least one phosphate selected from the group consisting of melamine phosphate, melamine polyphosphate, melamine pyrophosphate, piperazine phosphate, piperazine polyphosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate, 2-methylpiperazine monophosphate, tricresyl phosphate, alkyl phosphates, haloalkyl phosphates, tetraphenyl pyrophosphate, poly(2-hydroxy propylene spirocyclic pentaerythritol bisphosphate) and poly(2,2-dimethylpropylene spirocyclic pentaerythritol bisphosphonate) and (C) a second flame retardant in an amount of 0.1 to 15 wt % of the total composition, wherein the second flame retardant comprises an aromatic phosphate ester.

摘要: A replication composition includes at least 45 weight percent (wt) of a polycarbonate; 3 to 55 wt % of a polyester comprising a poly(C1-6 alkylene) terephthalate or a polyester comprising repeating units of Formula I: (I); wherein each T is independently a C5-7 cycloaliphatic group or C6-12aromatic group, and each D is independently a C6-12 aromatic group or C2-12 aliphatic group, provided that at least 50 mole percent of D is a 1,4-cyclohexanedimethyl group or a C2-12 aliphatic group; wherein the polyester has a melt viscosity between 0.01 and 3,000 poise (0.001 and 300 Pa·s) measured at 1500/seconds shear rate, at a temperature of 275° C.; and 0.01 to 4 wt % additives; wherein the weight percentages are based on 100 wt % of the composition.
