The ESD protecting element includes: a discharge portion disposed on the first surface of the capacitor body to be connected to the first to fourth external electrodes; and a protective layer. The first to fourth conductive resin layers are formed on the first to fourth external electrodes, respectively, and extend to portions of a first surface of the protective layer, respectively.
