    摘要: The battery module includes a plurality of batteries stacked together, and separator disposed between an adjoining two of the plurality of batteries and configured to insulate between the adjoining two of batteries. Separator includes thermal conduction suppressor and position regulator. Thermal conduction suppressor has lower thermal conductivity than position regulator and suppresses thermal conduction between the adjoining two of batteries. Position regulator has higher rigidity than thermal conduction suppressor, has dimension in stacked direction of batteries equal to or greater than dimension of thermal conduction suppressor in stacked direction, and abuts the adjoining two of batteries to regulate a position of each of the adjoining two of batteries in stacked direction.

    摘要: Power supply device includes: a plurality of secondary battery cells each constituted by closing an open end of quadrangular exterior can opened at one end, with sealing plate; insulating separator interposed between adjacent secondary battery cells; one pair of end plates covering both end faces of battery stack constituted by stacking the plurality of secondary battery cells; and a plurality of fastening members fastening end plates together. Power supply device is configured such that within a region where separator is in contact with secondary battery cell, separator is made less easily deformable in a region on the side of sealing plate than other regions. As a result, a portion of separator in contact with the side of sealing plate is made not to easily deform, and therefore, when secondary battery cell expands, a joint portion between sealing plate and exterior can is protected, and meanwhile, exterior can is allowed to deform at other portions, and thereby, the deformation during expansion can be mitigated.

    摘要: A battery system includes a battery stack formed by stacking a plurality of battery cells, a bus bar coupling electrode terminals of the battery cells, a lead wire electrically coupled to the bus bar, and a voltage detection circuit configured to detect a voltage of each of the battery cells via the lead wire. The bus bar includes a bus bar main body including terminal coupling parts respectively coupled with the electrode terminals, and a lead wire fixing part fixed with the lead wire. The bus bar further includes, on a first surface, a coupling region electrically coupled with the lead wire, and, away from a coupling region, on the lead wire fixing part, a lock connection part locking and connecting the lead wire. The lock connection part includes a through part passing through the lead wire fixing part.
