摘要: A battery module including a cell stack including a plurality of battery cells that are stacked on top of one another, the plurality of battery cells including electrode leads, at least one bus bar structured to provide a plurality of through-slits into which the electrode leads are inserted, and a bus bar frame coupled to the at least one bus bar, the bus bar frame having a plurality of through-holes in which the electrode leads are disposed. Each of the through-slits may include a first guide portion structured to include a first space wider than a width of a corresponding through-slit for a corresponding electrode lead to be inserted toward the through-slit, and the bus bar frame may include a second guide portion structured to include a second space that extends from the first space and has a width wider than the first space.

摘要: A battery cell stack of the present invention includes a plurality of battery cells and a resin layer wholly or partially in contact with an outer surface of at least one of the plurality of battery cells, wherein the resin layer includes a solvent-free adhesive and a flame retardant, and has a peel strength of 1,000 gf/in to 3,000 gf/in measured according to ASTM D3330, and a shear strength of 20 kgf/sq-in to 100 kgf/sq-in measured according to ASTM D1002, and the flame retardant includes one or more of a phosphorus-based flame retardant and a nitrogen-based flame retardant, such that the operational stability and flame retardancy may be simultaneously improved, while simplifying materials and processes necessary to manufacture the battery cell stack.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a battery cell stack according to exemplary embodiments of the present invention includes an application step of spraying an adhesive resin composition on one surface of a battery cell in one direction by a plurality of nozzles, wherein the nozzles are disposed in a direction different from the one direction, and at least two nozzles of the plurality of nozzles apply the adhesive resin composition in amounts different from each other. Thereby, the adhesive resin composition is applied to one surface of a non-flat battery cell, and the application amount is controlled according to portions to be applied, so that the one surface may bring into contact with another surface of another battery cell adhered thereon over an entire area in which the adhesive resin composition is applied.
