    Abstract: The present technology relates to a control device, a control method, and a surgical system that enable an operator to implement operation without a burden. A control unit controls a plurality of patterns of operations of a surgical instrument, and an acquisition unit obtains motion information indicating a motion of a user. Furthermore, the control unit controls the operations of the respective patterns corresponding to the motion information obtained by the acquisition unit in parallel using only a single operation performed by the user as a trigger. The present technology can be applied to a control device of a surgical system.

A target point determination unit determines a target point to be a display reference in an operative field image in a display, on the basis of a user's line-of-sight position with respect to the operative field image displayed in the display and of a characteristic point detected in the operative field image. The present technology can be applied to an input device for an operation system.

    Abstract: [Object] To make it possible to further improve the convenience of a user.[Solution] Provided is an image processing device including: a matching unit that performs matching processing between a predetermined pattern on a surface of a 3D model of a biological tissue including an operating site generated on the basis of a preoperative diagnosis image and a predetermined pattern on a surface of the biological tissue included in a captured image during surgery; a shift amount estimation unit that estimates an amount of deformation from a preoperative state of the biological tissue on the basis of a result of the matching processing and information regarding a three-dimensional position of a photographing region which is a region photographed during surgery on the surface of the biological tissue; and a 3D model update unit that updates the 3D model generated before surgery on the basis of the estimated amount of deformation of the biological tissue.
