摘要: Disclosed is a method for providing images to a vehicle and an electronic device therefor. An image providing method according to an embodiment includes operations of: acquiring a peripheral environment image of a second route based on a user input, where the second route is different from a traveling route of a vehicle communicating with an electronic device; acquiring vehicle-related information of the vehicle that includes information regarding the traveling route of the vehicle, information regarding a traveling state of a vehicle, and/or information regarding an environment of a vehicle; and generating a virtual peripheral environment image that reflects a traveling situation of a vehicle by converting a peripheral environment image of a second route based on vehicle-related information. Various other embodiments inferable from the disclosure are also possible.

The processor is configured to connect to an external electronic device via the communication module, receive, from the external electronic device, location information of the external electronic device and determine an expected moving path, recognize an obstacle on the expected moving path based on at least one of the location information of the external electronic device, an image acquired from the vision camera, a sensor value acquired from the sensor module, and information collected from another device located on a road through the communication module, and determine risk of collision between the external electronic device and the obstacle so as to provide a risk notification through the output module.

The electronic device includes a display, and a processor configured to detect that a context related to the vehicle corresponds to a first context based on first information received via the interface, in response to the detection that the context related to the vehicle corresponds to the first context, display a first indication indicating a first function corresponding to the first context from among a plurality of functions of the vehicle, which are controllable by the input device, while displaying the first indication, detect that the context related to the vehicle changed from the first context to a second context based on second information received via the interface, and based on the detection, display a second indication which is changed from the first indication and indicates a second function corresponding to the second context.

摘要: Methods and devices are provided for use in a vehicle. Driving information of the vehicle is obtained. The driving information includes transmission state information of the vehicle and information for an autonomous driving function. When the transmission state information indicates a position other than drive, a size of an exposed region of a first display is controlled to be a first size. When the transmission state information indicates drive and the driving information indicates that the autonomous driving function is enabled, the exposed region of the first display is controlled to be a second size that is less than the first size. When the transmission state information indicates drive and the driving information indicates that the autonomous driving function is disabled, the exposed region of the first display is controlled to be less than the second size.
