    摘要： The invention provides an image recording method and a lithographic printing method in which both high image quality and good fine line reproducibility can be achieved, and high sensitivity and safety under white light can be obtained, and the image recording method for a lithographic printing plate, which comprises imagewise exposing with an imaging time per pixel of 1 millisecond or less using a laser light with an emission wavelength of from 250 nm to 420 nm, wherein the lithographic printing plate precursor comprises a support and an image recording layer, in which the image recording layer contains (A) a polymerization initiator and (B) a polymeric compound and has an image recording layer which is photosensitive in a wavelength of from 250 nm to 420 nm, and the support has an anodized film with sealed micropores on the surface; and a lithographic printing method utilizing the same.

    摘要： A novel electrophotographic photoreceptor is provided, comprising on an electrically conductive support a light-sensitive layer containing at least one acetylene disazo compound represented by the general formula (I):Cp--N.dbd.N--Ar.sup.1 --C.tbd.C--Ar.sup.2 N.dbd.N--Cp (I)wherein Ar.sup.1 and Ar.sup.2 each represents an unsubstituted or substituted arylene group, divalent condensed polycyclic aromatic group or divalent aromatic heterocyclic group, with the proviso that Ar.sup.1 and Ar.sup.2 are not phenylene groups at the same time; and Cp represents a coupler residue. A novel electrophotographic printing plate precursor is also provided which comprises on an electrically conductive support a photoconducting layer containing at least a charge-generating substance, a charge-transporting substance and a binding resin and is adapted to be subjected to a process which comprises imagewise exposure of said precursor to form a toner image, and then removal of said photoconducting layer from the nonimage portion other than said toner image portion to form a printing plate, characterized in that said charge-generating substance is an acetylene disazo compound represented by the general formula (I).

The light-sensitive material comprises an aluminum support, an anodic oxide layer and a light-sensitive polymerizable layer in the order. The light-sensitive polymerizable layer contains silver halide, a reducing agent and an ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable compound or a cross-linkable polymer. According to the present invention, an intervening layer is further provided between the anodic oxide layer and the light-sensitive polymerizable layer. The intervening layer contains a compound having a metal cation or a metal oxide anion. The metal cation or the metal oxide anion has a standard electrode potential of 0 V or more.
