摘要: Methods for synthesizing a mesoporous nano-sized ultra-stable Y zeolite include adding sodium aluminate and colloidal silica to an aqueous NaOH solution and mixing to form a hydrogel having a molar ratio composition of 8 to 12 Na2O:Al2O3:14 SiO2:200 to 400 H2O. The method further includes heating the hydrogel to an autoclave to form a zeolite precursor which is filtered and washed to form a nano-sized Y zeolite. Further the method includes combining the nano-sized Y zeolite with water to form a nano-sized Y zeolite slurry mixture and then adding a 0.1 to 2.0 M aqueous solution of ammonium hexafluorosilicate to form a dealuminated solution. Finally the method includes filtering and washing the dealuminated solution with water to form an ultra-stable Y zeolite precursor, drying the ultra-stable Y zeolite precursor, and calcining the dried zeolite precursor to form the nano-sized ultra-stable Y zeolite.

摘要: Methods for synthesizing a nano-sized zeolite beta are described. The method may include mixing alumina and tetraethylammonium hydroxide to form an aluminum solution; mixing silica, additional TEAOH, and water to form a silica slurry; and adding the aluminum solution into the silica slurry and mixing to form an aluminosilicate gel. The method may further include transferring the aluminosilicate gel to an autoclave operated at 120° C. to 160° C. for 2 to 4 days at a rotational speed of 60 to 100 rotations per minute to form a zeolite precursor colloid; washing the zeolite precursor colloid with water to form a washed colloid; drying the washed colloid at 80° C. to 150° C. for 6 to 24 hours to form a zeolite precursor; and calcining the zeolite precursor at 400° C. to 650° C. for 2 to 8 hours to form the nano-sized zeolite beta.

摘要: An integrated hydrotreating and hydrocracking process includes contacting a hydrocarbon oil stream with a hydrogen stream and a hydrotreating catalyst in a moving-bed hydrotreating reactor, thereby producing a hydrocarbon product stream and a spent hydrotreating catalyst; contacting the hydrocarbon product stream with a second hydrogen stream and a hydrocracking catalyst in a hydrocracking reactor, thereby producing a hydrocracked hydrocarbon product stream; processing the spent hydrotreating catalyst to produce regenerated hydrotreating catalyst; and recycling the regenerated hydrotreating catalyst to the moving-bed hydrotreating reactor.

摘要: A system for upgrading heavy hydrocarbon feeds, such as crude oil, include a hydrotreating unit, a hydrotreated effluent separation system, a solvent-assisted adsorption system, and a hydrocracking unit. Processes for upgrading heavy hydrocarbon feeds include hydrotreating the hydrocarbon feed to produce a hydrotreated effluent that includes asphaltenes, separating the hydrotreated effluent into a lesser boiling hydrotreated effluent and a greater boiling hydrotreated effluent comprising the asphaltenes, combining the greater boiling hydrotreated effluent with a light paraffin solvent to produce a combined stream, adsorbing the asphaltenes from the combined stream to produce an adsorption effluent, and hydrocracking the lesser boiling hydrotreated effluent and at least a portion of the adsorption effluent to produce a hydrocracked effluent with hydrocarbons boiling less than 180° C. The systems and processes increase the hydrocarbon conversion and yield of hydrocarbons boiling less than 180° C.

摘要: A method for hydrocracking a hydrocarbon feedstock, the method comprising: contacting the hydrocarbon feedstock with a catalyst containing a nano-sized mesoporous zeolite composition under reaction conditions to produce a product stream containing at least 20 weight percent of hydrocarbons with 1-4 carbon atoms, wherein the nano-sized mesoporous zeolite composition is produced by a method that includes: mixing silica, a source of aluminum, and tetraethylammonium hydroxide to form an aluminosilicate fluid gel; drying the aluminosilicate fluid gel to form a dried gel mixture; subjecting the dried gel mixture to hydrothermal treatment to produce a zeolite precursor; adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) to the zeolite precursor to form a templated mixture; subjecting the templated mixture to hydrothermal treatment to prepare a CTAB-templated zeolite; washing the CTAB-templated zeolite with distilled water; separating the CTAB-templated zeolite by centrifugation; and drying and calcining the CTAB-templated zeolites to produce a nano-sized mesoporous zeolite composition.

摘要: According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, petrochemicals may be produced from crude oil by a process which includes passing the crude oil and hydrogen into a hydroprocessing reactor, separating the hydrotreated oil into a lesser boiling point fraction and a greater boiling point fraction, passing the lesser boiling point fraction to a pyrolysis section of a steam cracker to produce a pyrolysis effluent comprising olefins, aromatics, or both, passing the greater boiling point fraction to a gasifier, where the gasifier produces hydrogen, and passing at least a portion of the hydrogen produced by the gasifier to the hydroprocessing reactor.

The colloidal mixture may include nano-sized zeolite crystals, and the nano-sized zeolite crystals may have an average size of less than 100 nm.
