摘要: An exhaust gas purification catalyst comprises a substrate and a catalyst layer on the substrate, and has a first section upstream along a flow direction of the exhaust gas and a second section downstream from the first section. The catalyst layer in the first section comprises a first catalyst layer comprising palladium and a second catalyst layer comprising rhodium and covering the first catalyst layer. A pore volume proportion, which is a proportion of a total volume of the pores having a pore diameter of 0.06-30.0 μm as measured by mercury press-in method and existing in the substrate and the catalyst layer in the first section to a volume of a entire first section, is 12-18%. A wash coat amount, which is a mass per unit volume of the catalyst layer in the first section to the volume of the substrate existing in the first section, is 100-190 g/L.

摘要: Methods for synthesizing a mesoporous nano-sized zeolite beta are described. The method may include mixing an aqueous base solution with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) to form a first solution; adding nano-sized zeolite particles having a particle size of less than or equal to 100 nm to the first solution to form a second solution. The nano-sized zeolite particles include a microporous framework with a plurality of micropores having diameters of less than or equal to 2 nm and a BEA framework type. The method may further include transferring the second solution to an autoclave operated at 25° C. to 200° C. for 3 to 24 hours to form a colloid; drying the colloid at 100° C. to 200° C. for 8 to 36 hours without washing the colloid to form a zeolite precursor; and calcining the zeolite precursor at 250° C. to 600° C. for 1 to 8 hours to form the mesoporous nano-sized zeolite beta.

摘要: Hydrotreating catalysts are provided having one or more phosphorus components carried on a composite support of a titanium-loaded binder component and post-framework modified ultra-stable Y-type zeolite. The support comprises the titanium-loaded binder component and a post-framework modified ultra-stable Y-type (USY) zeolite in which a portion of aluminum atoms constituting a zeolite framework thereof is substituted with zirconium atoms and/or titanium atoms and/or hafnium atoms. The active components including the phosphorous active component and one or more hydrocracking metals active components loaded on the support.

摘要: The present invention discloses a low-temperature nitrogen oxide adsorber based on a metal oxide-impregnated platinum/gamma-alumina catalyst and a method for preparing the same. According to the present invention, the present invention provides a method for preparing a passive nitrogen oxide adsorber for removing nitrogen oxide from a diesel engine, comprising the steps of: (a) impregnating a gamma-alumina support with an aqueous solution of the noble metal catalyst precursor and drying it repeatedly up to a preset number of times; (b) obtaining a noble metal/gamma-alumina catalyst by sintering at a predetermined temperature after step (a) is completed; (c) impregnating the noble metal/gamma-alumina catalyst with an aqueous solution of a metal oxide precursor and drying it repeatedly up to a preset number of times; and (d) preparing a passive nitrogen oxide adsorber composed of Ax-B/γ-alumina by sintering at a predetermined temperature after step (c) is completed, wherein the A is a noble metal catalyst, x is the mass percent of the noble metal catalyst, and the B is a metal.

摘要: A method of making an active catalyst composition includes mixing an alumina support with first catalyst precursor particles and grinding thereby at least partially embedding the first catalyst precursor particles onto surfaces of the alumina support to form a first composite precursor; mixing the first composite precursor and a first solvent to form a first mixture; grinding the first mixture and drying at a temperature of 100 to 150° C.; calcining the first mixture after the drying at a first temperature of at least 200° C. and a second temperature of at least 550° C. thereby allowing the first catalyst precursor particles embedded onto the surfaces of the alumina support to decompose in situ to generate first catalyst particles embedded onto the surfaces of the alumina support and form a first catalyst; and mixing the first catalyst with a second catalyst to form the active catalyst composition.
