    摘要: A system is provided that is conducive to multi-stage stimulation in a near-continuous fashion. That is, unlike conventional stimulation systems, embodiments herein may operate without the requirement of traditional plug-setting, perforating and fracturing interventions on a zone by zone basis for a cemented completion. Rather, the system is outfitted with frac sleeves that may be shifted open to expose the bore to the formation while simultaneously achieving a seal through a ball drop technique. Once more, this manner of operation is rendered practical by the sleeve being of a passable configuration such that cementing of the casing is not impeded.

The anchoring assembly anchors the slot cutting assembly within the wellbore. The slot cutting tool has an extendable cutting blade that is pushed into the wellbore tubular to cut an opening through the tubular. The slot cutting tool may have an extendable stabilizing arm to stabilize and assist with cutting by the blade. The slot cutting assembly may have azimuth and depth sensors to assist with positioning the tool at a desired position downhole. A surface system may be used to control the position of the slot cutting assembly downhole.

The system includes a tractor having an efficiency rating of at least about 30% so as to adequately serve as a conveyance aid without the requirement of surface supplied power. For example, regulating of drive sections of the tractor may take place through a hydraulic section. Thus, arms of the tractor may be hydraulically locked in an open position without the requirement of continuous power to maintain the arms in an open position. At the same time, however, the hydraulic section may include accumulator capacity so as to allow for temporary responsive collapse of the arms for sake of navigating a restriction in the well.

The assembly includes segments that are adapted to be radially contracted and arranged in a first number of layers along a longitudinal axis of the assembly in the contracted state of the assembly. The technique includes using the tool to expand the assembly downhole in the well to transition the assembly between the contracted state and an expanded state. Using the tool to expand the seat assembly includes radially expanding the segments and longitudinally contracting the segments to arrange the layers in a second number of layers having at least one layer less than the first number.
