摘要: Disclosed herein are a touch panel and a method for manufacturing the same. The touch panel includes: a transparent substrate formed of silicon; and sensing electrodes each formed in a metal mesh pattern on one surface or both surfaces of the transparent substrate.Since the transparent substrate is formed of silicon having excellent adhesive property, the sensing electrode can be formed on a transparent substrate even without a separate adhesive material.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a touch panel, including: a base substrate divided into an active area, a bezel area surrounding the active area, and a connection area provided outside the bezel area; sensing electrodes formed in the active area; and electrode wirings connected to the sensing electrodes and extended to the connecting area. Here, a predetermined portion of the base substrate is cut and the connection area is folded by using the predetermined portion as a boundary line such that the connection area is protruded outwardly from the base substrate. According to the present invention, the connection area is provided in the base substrate in a single body, thereby allowing omission of separate flexible printed cables, and thus, an attaching process of the flexible printed cable can also be omitted.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a structure of an FPC integrated touch panel. According to preferred embodiments of the present invention, a transparent substrate configured of a flexible transparent film is provided and an extension part protruded to the transparent substrate is integrally formed with the transparent substrate, such that a separate FPC needs not to be manufactured, thereby saving process time and manufacturing costs. In addition, the exemplary embodiments of the present invention bend an inactive area unnecessarily occupying an area of the transparent substrate to a side of the touch panel, thereby implementing a touch panel widening a substantial area of an active region.

摘要: There is provided a method of manufacturing an inkjet print head. The method includes providing a head portion having a dummy portion disposed on a surface of a pressure area pressurizing an ink chamber, a nozzle connected to the ink chamber for ink ejection and the ink chamber for ink supply to the nozzle, and removing the dummy portion. The method allows for the improvement of ink ejection and nozzle density. Also, the method allows for the forming of a thin-type head portion using the dummy portion.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a structure of a touch panel capable of solving a depletion problem of resources used for a transparent conductive layer, in particular, improving a moiré phenomenon occurring during a image projection process when a metal electrode in a mesh shape is formed on both surfaces of the transparent substrate, by replacing ITO and forming electrodes using a metal thin film on which fine patterns are formed. Exemplary embodiments of the present invention can improve the moiré phenomenon occurring due to overlapping lines between the top and bottom metal electrodes on the transparent substrate during the image projection process and can improve the visibility by minimizing overlapping lines between the metal electrode formed on the transparent substrate and the pixel grid or the black matrix formed on the color filter.
