    摘要: A method of compensating sensor data used in an interlock system comprises setting a predetermined drift upper limit and a predetermined drift lower limit, creating a reference pattern information about a reference model, creating a sensor pattern information about the sensor data, determining whether the sensor pattern information satisfies the drift upper limit and the drift lower limit, calculating a drift offset according to the reference pattern information and the sensor pattern information when the sensor pattern information satisfies the drift upper limit and the drift lower limit, and compensating the sensor data according to the calculated drift offset. Thus, a method of compensating sensor data and a method of evaluating an interlock of an interlock system, in which interlock setting/managing for identical sets of equipment under the interlock system is simplified through a statistic drift compensation algorithm, and an allowable variation between wafers is minimized, thereby enhancing detection reliability of a defective wafer. The image apparatus includes dedicated input terminals for receiving only particular video signals, and a common input terminal for receiving diverse video signals, and determines the format of video signals input through a corresponding input terminal and then displays the determined format on a screen. Accordingly, the number of input terminals can be reduced and the user can identify the format of the video signal input through the common input terminal.

    摘要: A fusing unit is formed along a printing path in an image forming apparatus and fuses an image transferred to a printing medium. The fusing unit includes: a heat source; a nip plate which is heated by the heat source, and includes a nip part to heat and press the printing medium; and a reflection member to reflect heat generated by the heat source toward the nip part. A belt member is rotatably provided about the heat source, the nip plate and the reflection member, and guides the movement of the printing medium. A driving roller faces the nip part and rotatably drives the belt member. The nip plate and the driving roller form a fusing nip, which quickly heats and provides for quick fusing of a toner image to a printing medium.
