    摘要: A jet nozzle structure of an impact-type freezer includes an orifice plate, a plurality of diversion channels and a plurality of jet nozzles. A plurality of circular openings in a linear arrangement are uniformly distributed in the orifice plate. The diversion channel is a hollow truncated cone including a top opening connected to the circular opening and a bottom opening connected to an inlet of the jet nozzle. The jet nozzle is a hollow cylinder and it has an outlet. A distance between two adjacent circular openings is 40-100 mm, diameter of the circular opening is 30-80 mm, and a height of the diversion channel is 20-60 mm. An inner diameter and a height of the jet nozzle are 6-15 mm and 20-40 mm, respectively. A distance between the bottom opening of the jet nozzle and a conveyor belt is 10-100 mm.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a switchable two-stage and cascade marine energy-saving ultralow-temperature refrigeration system which comprises a high-temperature level refrigeration system, a low-temperature level refrigeration system, a hot fluorine defrosting system of a high-temperature level air cooler and a hot fluorine defrosting system of a low-temperature level air cooler. The hot fluorine defrosting system of the high-temperature level air cooler comprises a high-temperature level compressor of which the outlet is divided into two paths through a first oil separator; and the second path is connected with an air suction port of the high-temperature level compressor through a first solenoid valve, the high-temperature level air cooler, a third solenoid valve, a first pressure relief valve, a first gas-liquid separator, a first one-way valve and a first heat regenerator. The hot fluorine defrosting system of the low-temperature level air cooler comprises a low-temperature level compressor of which the outlet is divided into two paths through a precooler and a second oil separator; and the second path is connected with an air suction port of the low-temperature level compressor through an eighth solenoid valve, the low-temperature level air cooler, a sixth solenoid valve. a second pressure relief valve, a second gas-liquid separator, a third one-way valve and a second heat regenerator. The present invention has the obvious effects of large refrigeration section, high cooling rate, good energy-saving effect and thorough defrosting.

A first side of the ice-coating working pool communicates with a buffer tank. The conveying device includes a first conveyor belt and a second conveyor belt. The first conveyor belt is located under the feed port, and a lower portion of the first conveyor belt is lower than the liquid level, and the second conveyor belt communicates with the discharge port.     摘要: A method for immersion chilling and freezing tuna by CaCl2 with a low salt penetration amount, characterized by comprising following steps: carrying out a rapid block-cutting treatment on tuna meat under a sterile condition, and then immediately freezing the tuna blocks in CaCl2 salt water with concentrations of 25-30% and temperatures of minus 25 ˜minus 40 DEG C. respectively; completely immersing the tuna blocks in the salt water, directly placing a control group in a refrigerator at minus 25 DEG., and when the central temperature of the tuna blocks achieves minus 18 DEG C., rapidly taking out the tuna blocks from the salt water, and measuring the salt penetration amount and the various quality indexes, wherein a chilling mode for the salt water is to place 400 g of the CaCl2 salt water with the mass concentrations of 25.70%, 27.50%, 28.40% and 29.40% respectively in refrigerators at minus 25 DEG C., minus 30 DEG C., minus 35 DEG C. and minus 40 DEG C., and chilling to setting temperatures of refrigerator, wherein the temperature fluctuation ranges of the refrigerators are +/−1 DEG C. The method disclosed by the invention increases the freezing efficiency of the tuna meat, has a low salt penetration amount, effectively ensures the quality and the taste of the tuna meat, and has a wide application prospect.
