    摘要: An optical platform and system for the simultaneous stimulation, manipulation and probing of multiple living cells in complex biological systems. The apparatus utilizes a spatiotemporal light modulator to expose a sample to pinpoints of light at selected times and wavelengths in two or three dimensional space and then detect the responses. In one embodiment, a spatiotemporal light modulator is optically coupled to a variable wavelength light source, a lens system and a system control unit with sample response sensors, wherein sample responses are detected after exposure to patterns of light in real time. Light patterns can be modulated in response to sample responses.

    摘要: A silsesquioxane resin is applied on top of the patterned photo-resist and cured to produce a cured silsesquioxane resin on top of the pattern surface. Subsequently, a reactive ion etch recipe containing CF4 to “etch back” the silicon resin to the top of the photoresist material, exposing the entire top surface of the organic based photoresist. Then, a second reactive ion etch recipe containing O2 to etch away the organic photoresist. The result is a silicon resin film with via holes with the size and shape of the post that were patterned into the photoresist. Optionally, the new pattern can be transferred into the underlying layer(s).

    摘要: Methods for presenting files upon switching between system states and portable terminals are provided. The portable terminal comprising a first system platform and a second system platform, a state in which the presentation of the file is controlled by the first system platform being a first state, and a state in which the presentation of the file is controlled by the second system platform being a second state. The method comprising: detecting, by the first system platform in the first state, that a status of the file satisfies a preset condition; backuping, by the first system platform, the file for the second system platform; and switching to the second state, and continuing, by the second system platform, the presentation of the file based on the backup file. With the portable terminal of hybrid system architecture according to embodiments of the present invention, if the system state is switched while a file is being played, the switched-to system can continue presenting the file based on the backup file, according to the presentation progress before the system switching. In this way, it is possible to achieve a seamless presentation of the file before and after the switching, and thus improve user's experience.
