摘要: Multiple piezoelectric elements 35 are arranged in a row along the top of liquid level in a reaction vessel 11. An ultrasonic reflecting material 38 is installed on the bottom of the portion of the heat insulating bath 12 where heat insulating medium 13 is stored. A lateral ultrasonic wave 9b is generated on the lower side by actuation of the piezoelectric element 35. Wave 9b is reflected by the ultrasonic reflecting material 38. As lower ultrasonic wave 8 advances along the wall surface of the reaction vessel, it collides with the specimen liquid, thereby causing a portion of the liquid level closer to the piezoelectric element 35 to be raised. When lateral ultrasonic wave 9a is applied to this portion, it reaches the inclined portion of the raised liquid level of the specimen. Swirling flow by agitation 36 is produced by acoustic radiation pressure of the ultrasonic wave. The specimen and reagent are mixed and agitated by this swirling flow.

摘要: A chemical analysis apparatus comprising reaction containers containing therein a substance to be analyzed; an agitating mechanism spaced from the substance to be analyzed and agitating said substance to be analyzed with a liquid in said reaction container; and, a measuring portion for measuring physical properties of the substance to be analyzed, said agitating mechanism having a sound supply portion supplying sound waves to the substance to be analyzed, wherein said sound supply portion comprises a mechanism changing, in time, intensity of ultrasonic waves to be irradiated so as to apply pulsation to a swirl flow in the reaction container.

摘要: Provided is a chemical analysis apparatus comprising a mechanism which can efficiently agitate a substance to be agitated so that a sample and a reagent are agitated and mixed together in a shorter time with a saved consumption power, incorporating a plurality of sound sources or reflecting plates, and a reaction container is located between one of the sound sources and another of the sound sources or one of the reflecting plates, whereby sound waves can be irradiated toward the reaction container in several directions in order to efficiently fluidize a solution in the reaction container.

摘要: An independent suspension for a vehicle, including upper and lower arms pivotally moveable in a vertical direction of the vehicle, an axle with a wheel center which is connected with the upper and lower arms, and a tie rod connected with the axle at a connection point rearward of the wheel center in a fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle. The lower arm is connected to the vehicle body at front and rear connection points spaced from each other in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle through front and rear pivot shafts with bushings. The central axis of the front pivot shaft is inclined relative to the central axis of the rear pivot shaft in a toe-in direction of the wheel.

摘要: A gasket of an elastic material is housed in a ring-shaped groove formed on the front face of a flange of a connector housing. By bringing the front face into contact with a contact face of a mating member, the space between the mating member and the flange of the connector housing is sealed with the gasket. An L-shaped locking arm is provided on the outer periphery of the ring-shaped gasket to be housed in the ring-shaped groove. The locking arm juts out sideward along the front face of the flange, and then is bent backward leaving the front face. A T-shaped hook is integrally provided to the tip of the locking arm. A receiving portion with a locking slot is provided in a side portion of the flange. The locking arm is engaged, by its own elasticity, with the locking slot, and the hook is engaged with the back face of the receiving portion.

摘要: A water-cooling device for cooling a heat-generating element within an electronic apparatus. The water-cooling device includes a water-cooling jacket which is thermally connectable with the heat-generating element, a heat-radiation pipe, a tank, and a liquid driver which forms a circulation flow passage through which a cooling liquid flows. At least one of the water-cooling jacket, the heat-radiation pipe, the tank and the liquid driver is attached on a plate, and the water-cooling device is detachable with respect to the heat-generating element by the plate.
