摘要： The chamber 1 of the spattering apparatus has a gas introduction port 2 provided at one side in a direction orthogonal to the opening/closing direction of a door 11 of chamber 1, and a vacuum evacuation port 3 provided on the other side of chamber. A substrate holder 4 is fixed on door 11, and a cathode 31 is arranged on a wall face facing door 11 of chamber 1. A shield 41 is arranged in close proximity to and so as to cover the peripheral part of substrate holder 4. A hole 42 is formed in shield 41 in a location facing vacuum evacuation port 3, whereby rapid vacuum evacuation can be achieved even though shield 41 is arranged in a condition close to sealing with respect to the peripheral part of substrate holder 4.

摘要： An apparatus for detecting whether or not the leads of electronic components such as dual in-line package type IC components have been properly inserted into printed circuit boards and also for properly clinching the projecting portions of the leads to the rear side of the boards. The apparatus comprises a pair of openable or closable lever main bodies, levers pivotably supported on the lever main bodies by pins disposed at right angles with the opening or closing direction to come into contact with the leads to be detected, elastic members for delivering a lever main body closing force to the levers, and photoelectric means mounted on the lever main bodies for detecting the movement of the levers relative to the lever main bodies.

摘要： A tape for a magnetic tape recorder or the like is taken up while the barometric pressure around the part of the take-up reel where the tape is being wound is kept below atmospheric pressure. 摘要： A memory device is provided for measuring the displacements of a table movable in two directions mutually perpendicular to each other and storing the displacements. In case of the measurement of table positioning data, the data measurement may be made without stopping a part insertion machine and keeping the continuous operation of the machine. Conditions under which positioning of part insertion apertures is made are judged from the enlarged insertion apertures displayed on a television monitor so that better workability may be attained, an operator feels no fatigue and correct positioning may be accomplished, whereby a numerical control tape having correct positioning information recorded thereon may be prepared.
