摘要： An intermediate shaft comprising a shaft body including an axle portion and a portion having an approximately elliptic shape of cross section, both major and minor axes of the elliptical cross-section portion being longer than a diameter of the axle portion, and a ring-shaped member with a cross-sectional shape analogous to the elliptic cross-section portion. A method for assembling this shaft provides for a vibration damping member intervened between the housing member and elliptic cross-section portion for damping vibrations transmitted from the steering gear box. This method also ensures that the housing and the vibration damping members and the elliptic cross-section portion are fitted into an outer tubular envelope, and the ring-shaped member normally has a gap against the outer tubular envelope and transmits rotational torque from the outer tubular envelope to the elliptic cross-section portion when the ring-shaped member is contacted with the outer tubular envelope. A universal joint yoke portion is linked to the outer tubular envelope so as to face opposing ends of the housing and vibration damping members and is contactable against the ends of the housing and vibration damping members. A stopper member is extended from the end edge of the outer tubular envelope so as to prevent the ring-shaped member from coming out of the elliptic cross-section portion.

摘要： The present invention has an object to provide an economically advantageous rumen bypass formulation capable of containing a biologically-active substance at a high concentration by means of using a protective material composted of safe natural product to ecosystem. The preparation of the rumen bypass formulation for ruminants according to the present invention can be accomplished by dispersing a biologically-active substance in an amount of from 50 to 90% by weight relative to the weight of the formulation into a protective material comprising specific salts of aliphatic carboxylic acid and either of fatty acid or aliphatic alcohol at a ratio of the former to the later being in a range of from 30:70 to 10:90.

摘要： A hearth particle bed incineration furnace is provided in which the hearth particles form a sloped layer bed which moves in the incinerating furnace without being fluidized. The furnace is structured so that the combustion gas is prevented from flowing upward through the inlet for the materials to be incinerated. The structure for preventing the backflow of the combustion gas includes a sidewall which is connected to the incinerated materials inlet, baffles and a member which restrains the upward backflow of combustion exhaust gas. This restraining member is made up of an air intake opening and the air introduced therein is heated through heat exchange with a combustion gas and introduced into the combustion chamber. This allows the amount of air to be introduced in the combustion chamber to be increased and the backflow of combustion exhaust gas to be reduced or eliminated.

摘要： An electric switch device, particularly for toys, has contacts for closing and opening an electric circuit, and a switch button element which is movable between a first position in which it does not act on the contacts so that the latter opens the electric circuit, a second position in which a user applies a pressure to the button element and the latter acts on the contact so that the latter closes the electric circuit, but after removal of the user's pressure the button element returns to the first position, and a third position in which the button element acts on the contacts even after removal of the user's pressure so that the contacts keep the electric circuit closed.

摘要： A toy moving car is a toy car operated by a wireless electric device and comprises a car and a wireless electric transmitter in separation. All means including a driving means and a braking means are mounted on a bottom plate of the car. A pair of front wheels of the driving means are mounted on a front axle which is journaled in both sides of an axle support frame. The axle support frame is pivoted on the bottom plate. The braking means comprises a receiver, an electromagnet and a pair of brake disks. A sliding frame is adapted to slide laterally on the axle support frame and is equipped with the electromagnet having a pair of magnet cores. Each of the brake disks is fixed to each inside surface of the front wheels by a leaf-spring as a buffer. During a time that the receiver is receiving the electric wave from the transmitter, the electromagnet works and either one of the magnet cores which is closer to one of the brake disks sticks to said one brake disk. Therefore, the front wheel is braked and the car runs while turning to the braked side and changing alternately a turning direction by each transmission of the electric wave.

摘要： A universal joint yoke is obtained from a flat blank of sheet metal whose general shape is that of a cruciate form having a circular base and two diametrically opposing small semielliptical extensions. The blank of sheet metal is pressed in a forming apparatus so that the two extensions are bent perpendicularly to the circular base in the same direction with a given angle with respect to the circular base and two ribs or contiguous rib are formed along axes of bending to prevent a springback action of the two extensions which constitute two ear portions of the finished yoke. In addition, recesses are extended along a rear surface(s) of the rib(s) so that fasteners such as bolts and nuts for fastening a rubber coupling constituting a lower joint to a lower shaft of a steering system is nestled into the respective recesses. Both ends of the circular base have holes through which the fasteners for fastening the universal joint yoke to the rubber coupling is inserted. Distal ends of the two ear portions have also coaxial holes through which two trunnions of a universal joint cross member is journalled.
