摘要： There is disclosed a heat resistant organopolysiloxane composition comprising: (A) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane having a viscosity of 100 to 1,000,000 centistokes at 25.degree. C.; (B) 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of a reaction product of an alkali metal silanolate compound with cerium chloride or a cerium carboxylate; and (C) a diorganopolysiloxane having silicon-bonded hydrogen groups only at its molecular chain terminals, component (C) being present in a quantity sufficient to provide 1 to 10,000 parts per million of silicon-bonded hydrogen based on the total weight of said composition.

摘要： There is disclosed a heat-resistant agent which exhibits good solubility in various organopolysiloxanes and which confers superior heat-resistance thereto, said heat-resistant agent having the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.2 is independently selected from hydrocarbon or halogenated hydrocarbon groups having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R.sup.1 is independently selected from R.sup.2 or a eugenol residue, m is an integer having an average value of 5 to 500 and n is an integer having an average value of 0 to 500, with the proviso that there is at least one eugenol residue in the molecule. Also disclosed is a composition comprising an organopolysiloxane and the above described heat-resistant agent.

摘要： The present invention relates to a copolymer having a specified carbosiloxane dendrimer structure and a long-chain alkyl group with 14 to 22 carbon atoms in a specified ratio, and a cosmetic comprising the copolymer as a cosmetic raw material. The cosmetic raw material has good miscibility with other cosmetic raw materials, and therefore, can improve stability of the formulation in a cosmetic, as well as can provide good water resistance, sebum resistance, glossiness, tactile sensation and/or adhesive properties to the hair and/or skin to a cosmetic, and also provide a cosmetic formed by blending the aforementioned cosmetic raw material, which exhibits superior surface protective properties, outer appearance and/or sensation during use.

摘要： The present invention relates to a novel organopolysiloxane having a specified structure and a cosmetic containing the aforementioned organopolysiloxane. The novel organopolysiloxane according to the present invention is volatile, possesses stability at low temperature, provides superior glossiness, and has a superior property with respect to miscibility with a UV-ray absorber, and which is useful as a replacement of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, or methyltrimethicone. The cosmetic according to the present invention can provide superior feeling to the touch during use and a superior outer appearance. Furthermore, a degree of freedom in blending various components such as UV-ray absorbers into the cosmetic according to the present invention is increased.

The thickener or gellant exhibits an excellent compatibility with a variety of oil systems.

摘要： A thermoplastic resin composition comprising (A) a polyolefin-type thermoplastic elastomer or a similar thermoplastic resin, (B) an organopolysiloxane represented by the following average unit formula: R1aSiO(4-a)/2 {where R1 is a univalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and “a” is a number in the range of 1.95 to 2.05}, and (C) a metal deactivator; and a product molded from the aforementioned composition. The thermoplastic resin composition is suitable for obtaining molded products that are characterized by their ability to suppress development of defects on the product surfaces after long-term outdoor exposure.

They are highly compatible with paint and coating compositions. 摘要： A siloxane powder composition which can impart improved lubricity character to a thermoplastic resin is disclosed, said composition being prepared by mixing(A) 100 parts by weight of a liquid polydiorganosiloxane and(B) 40 to 200 parts by weight of a silica powder that has a specific surface of at least 50 m.sub.2 /g using sufficient shear to prepare a powder in which the surface of component (B) is coated with component (A), and then mixing this powder with(C) 10 to 50 parts by weight of a polyorganosiloxane resin which is a solid at room temperature, said resin consisting essentially of (R.sub.3 SiO.sub.1/2) siloxane units and (SiO.sub.2) siloxane units in the molar ratio of 1:4 to 1:1,where R is selected from the group consisting of alkyl radicals and phenyl radical.
