摘要： The ligating apparatus has the thread receiving portion 50 movably disposed back and forth at the distal end of the inserting part body. Outer circumference of the thread receiving portion 50 forms the loop holding portion 52 around which the knot forming loop 51 formed from the ligature 40 is disposed. When the first end of the ligature 40 is pulled into the thread receiving portion 50, the knot forming loop 51 is pushed out of the loop holding portion 52 by the delivery portion 62 of the knot pusher 59. The knot forming loop 51 is further pushed by the delivery portion 62 along the ligature 40 toward the tissue W1 and ligated. The present invention provides a ligating apparatus capable of reducing the load on the tissue to be ligated during ligating operation.

摘要： A ligating apparatus including a thread receiving portion movably disposed at a distal end of an inserting part body. An outer circumference of the thread receiving portion forms the loop holding portion around which a knot forming loop formed from a ligature is disposed. When a first end of the ligature is pulled into the thread receiving portion, the knot forming loop is pushed out of the loop holding portion by a delivery portion of the knot pusher. The knot forming loop is further pushed by the delivery portion along the ligature toward tissue and ligated. Such ligating apparatus is capable of reducing a load on the tissue to be ligated during a ligating operation.

摘要： The endoscopic treatment instrument according to the present invention includes an insertion portion having a distal end and a proximal end, the distal end being inserted into a body; a treatment portion provided at the distal end of the insertion portion; and a control portion provided at the proximal end of the insertion portion. The treatment portion includes a pair of forceps members; a tip cover which support a pivot shaft that pivots at least one of the pair of forceps members openably and closably with respect to the other forceps member; a distal end holding portion that is fixed to the distal end of the insertion portion and in which the tip cover is held relatively movably toward the distal end of the insertion portion and toward the proximal end of the insertion portion; a distal end locking member that restrains a relative movement by locking the tip cover onto the distal end holding portion when the pair of forceps members is opened to grasp a specified object; and a distal end release member that is provided on an operational member by which the pair of forceps members is opened and closed and that releases an engagement made by the distal end locking member between the tip cover and the distal end holding portion at least when the pair of forceps members is closed.

摘要： In a corona charger of the scorotron type, a corona wire is detachably secured to a base frame made of insulating material and a control grid is also detachably secured to a grid frame made of insulating material. The grid frame is secured to the base frame in an easily removable manner. The control grid is resiliently stretched over an opening of the grid frame by means of a coiled spring. The corona wire can be easily cleaned or replaced without removing the control grid from the grid frame, and the control grid can be also simply cleaned or replaced without removing the corona wire from the base frame.
