摘要： In a method for operating an internal combustion engine having an exhaust gas turbocharger with an exhaust gas turbine in an exhaust tract, a power turbine arranged downstream of the exhaust gas turbine and an exhaust gas treatment unit arranged downstream of the power turbine, a pressure control device is provided in the exhaust tract downstream of the exhaust gas turbocharger and is moved toward a pressure release position so as to limit the exhaust gas pressure downstream of the exhaust gas turbine when the exhaust gas flow resistance in the exhaust gas treatment unit becomes excessive for example by a clogged particle filter.

摘要： In a process for automatic adjustment of handling of a motor vehicle having an internal-combustion engine, operating and condition quantities are determined and compared with reference values. If the operating and condition quantities deviate from the reference values, adjusting signals are generated for adjusting vehicle and engine components. In order to recognize predetermined driving situations, and to make corresponding adjustments for influencing the vehicle handling, starting and ending of predetermined driving modes (acceleration operation, deceleration operation and constant drive operation) are detected by logically evaluating diverse operating and condition quantities. The conditions for detecting the start of a driving condition differ from the conditions for the end of the same driving condition. When one of the conditions for the start or the end of an acceleration operation, of a deceleration operation or of a constant driving operation exists, adjusting signals are generated for automatically adjusting of vehicle and engine components.

摘要： A method for controlling a heating and/or air-conditioning apparatus is provided, wherein, through an intervention unit, a user can perform interventions which lead to different settings of the heating and/or air-conditioning apparatus. Various parameters are read into a control unit and are processed. According to the method, climatic situations are defined by the parameters; upon a user intervention a particular climate situation is detected; the climatic situation is associated with the particular user intervention; and in a prevailing climatic situation the settings of the climate control system pertaining to the associated user intervention are carried out.
