The present invention includes a thin film transistor plate having a gate line, a data line, a gate electrode, a thin film transistor, a passivation layer, and a pixel electrode, a color filter plate including a black matrix, a color filter and a common electrode on a second transparent substrate, and liquid crystals injected and sealed between the thin film transistor plate and the color filter plate, wherein the black matrix of the color filter plate is overlapped asymmetrically with the data line of the thin film transistor plate.

A method and apparatus for detecting a position of a mobile robot are disclosed to accurately and precisely detect a position of a mobile robot on the basis of a time difference between an infrared signal and a ultrasonic signal. The infrared signal and the ultrasonic signals are received, a time difference between the received infrared signal and the ultrasonic signals, and then, a position of a mobile robot is detected on the basis of the calculated time difference value and a distance value previously stored between ultrasonic wave generators generating the ultrasonic signals.

In the method of transporting a broadcast service for mobile communications, the method includes generating an encapsulation packet including configuration information adaptive to application data that is to be transmitted and the application data; generating transport packets having data regarding the encapsulation packet by dividing the encapsulation packet into predetermined-sized packets, where the transport packets include information regarding the structures of the transport packets; and generating service configuration information including information set about a channel having the transport packets, and including the service configuration information in a service information channel at a predetermined location from among at least one transport channel on a transport stream. Accordingly, it is possible to efficiently use a data region and increase the speed of data transmission.
