Abstract:
A component intended for internal parts or the movement of a timepiece or piece of jewellery includes a substrate coated at least partially with a black coat including aluminium oxide.
Abstract:
A method of decorating an element. This method includes the following steps: taking the element (1, 11, 21, 31), the element including anchoring for improving the securing of the decoration (5) to the element; making a mask (4) of the desired thickness of the decorations (5), and having at least one opening (4′); placing the at least one opening in the mask (4) against the place to be decorated so as to form at least one mould (4′, 6, 6′, 6″,100); filling the at least one mould with an at least partially amorphous material via hot forming; and removing the mask (4).
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a timepiece component including successive steps of: providing a timepiece component (1); breaking the timepiece component (1) into a plurality of pieces (10); depositing the pieces (10) on a support (2) and creating a desired pattern to be reassembled, the pattern having interstices (1) between the various pieces (10) of the timepiece component (1); transferring the support (2) into a mould adapted by hot forming and placing a preform (3) on the pieces (10) of the timepiece component; heating the whole to a temperature higher than the vitreous transition temperature of the preform (3) and applying a force on the preform to fill the interstices (11) and obtain a reassembled timepiece component (1′); cooling the whole below the vitreous transition temperature of the preform (3) to form the reassembled timepiece component (1′); recovering the reassembled timepiece component (1′) and machining it to the required dimensions.
Abstract:
A decorative item including an element made at least partly of a metallic, polymeric or ceramic based material and including a face visible to an observer, at least one light source external or internal to the element, the decorative item further includes at least one optical fibre embedded in the material of the element, the optical fibre serving as a guide for the light from the light source in order to produce, during use, a light effect on the visible face of the element. A method for manufacturing the decorative item is also disclosed.
Abstract:
An exterior element for portable objects including a support, on which is arranged a first material, the first material being chosen to be capable of reflecting different visible wavelengths as a function of applied stress.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for mounting at least one decorative element (3) on a support (2) comprising the steps of: a. taking a support (2) provided with at least one cavity (4); b. taking at least one decorative element (3); c. filling said cavity with a composite filler material comprising at least one metal powder and at least one organic binder and having, at the moment of filling, a viscosity comprised between 1,000 mPa·s and 1,000,000 mPa·s; d. heating the composite filler material to a higher temperature than its melting point to make it liquid; e. allowing the filler material to cool to form a substrate (6); f. making at least one housing (8) in said substrate (6); g. mounting said decorative element (3) in said housing (8). The present invention also concerns a decorative support (2) provided with at least one cavity (4) filled with said filler material forming a substrate (6) in which at least one housing (8) is formed, said housing (8) being arranged to receive said decorative element (3).
Abstract:
A bracelet (10) for a portable object (1) including a first strand (11) and a second strand (12), each of the strands (11, 12) including a first end able to be attached to a case (2) of the portable object (1), wherein the first strand (11) includes a first optical device (21) having a first diameter (L1); the second strand (12) includes a second optical device (22) having a second diameter (L2), smaller than the first diameter (L1) of the first optical device (21), the first optical device (21) and the second optical device (22) being configured so that the superposition of the first optical device (21) and of the second optical device (22), by the superposition of the first strand (11) and of the second strand (12), forms a microscope having an eyepiece constituted by the first optical device (21) and an objective constituted by the second optical device (22).
Abstract:
The present invention concerns an external timepiece element including a frame made of a first material, said external element further including at least one pressure or altitude sensor, characterized in that said pressure or altitude sensor is formed of at least one disc or plate, said disc or plate being formed of or coated with a binder and a piezochromic pigment, said piezochromic pigment being selected to react at a specific pressure, so that said pigment changes from a first colour to a second colour when said specific pressure is reached.
Abstract:
A method of decorating an element. This method includes the steps of: taking the element (1, 11, 21, 31), the element including anchoring (7) for improving the securing of the decoration (5) to the element; making a mask (4) of the desired thickness of the decorations (5), and having at least one opening (4′); placing the at least one opening in the mask (4) against the place to be decorated so as to form at least one mould (4′, 6, 6′, 6″, 100); filling the at least one mould with an at least partially amorphous material via hot forming; and removing the mask (4).
