The disclosure relates to a substrate comprising a surface at least part of which is coated with an epilamization agent, the epilamization agent including at least one compound in the form of a block copolymer comprising at least one block of M units linked by covalent bonds by their main chains, and at least one block of N units linked by covalent bonds by their main chains, the blocks being connected to each other by covalent bonds by their main chains in linear sequences, where M is a and N is
Abstract:
An in-line method for marking a substrate made of extruded synthetic material, the method including the steps of extruding the synthetic material through an extrusion die to form the substrate, marking the substrate by scrolling the substrate obtained from the extrusion die between two rotatably mounted and temperature-controlled rollers with an upper roller and a lower roller, one of the rollers having an impression forming the negative of a decoration or a texture to be marked on one face of the substrate, this same roller or the other of the rollers including at least one notch allowing to guide the substrate as it passes through the extrusion die and between the two rollers. An installation can include in line the extrusion die and the marking device.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for epilamization of at least one portion of a substrate surface comprising the steps of: a) preparing an epilame agent b) optionally, preparing the substrate surface c) placing the substrate and the epilame agent in a chamber at ambient pressure d) introducing CO2 into the hermetically sealed chamber at a pressure comprised between 25 bar and 74 bar and at a temperature comprised between 10° C. and 80° C. for a duration comprised between 1 minute and 30 minutes, e) reducing the pressure in the chamber, and f) removing the epilamized substrate from the chamber.
Abstract:
External part for a timepiece or piece of jewellery, this external part being produced by means of a polymer matrix in which piezochromic molecules are dispersed that change from a first stable state to a second stable state while changing colour under the effect of applied pressure.
Abstract:
A method for making a bracelet provided with an electronic component insert, the method includes fabricating a basic, flexible support for an insert in the form of a band, making conductive paths on the flexible support or in the flexible support, disposing on the flexible support various electronic components connected to the conductive paths, and coating the electronic components disposed on the flexible support with a transparent or opaque protective layer to finish the insert of the bracelet.
Abstract:
An assembly of timepiece parts assembled together with an adhesive at a temperature TA and to be repositioned when the adhesive is at a temperature TC. The adhesive includes a formulation, which at TC includes a mixture of polymer chains with pendant diene units X and coupling molecules including two dienophile end groups Y, wherein the X units and the Y groups are arranged to react with one another and to bond together with the Diels-Alder reaction at a temperature TDA and to regenerate with the retro-Diels-Alder reaction at a temperature TRDA, at TA forms a three-dimensional network, in which the polymer chains are linked to one another by the coupling molecules with the Diels-Alder reaction, where TA
