The anisotropically conductive member includes an insulating base and a plurality of conductive paths made of a conductive material, insulated from one another, and extending through the insulating base in the thickness direction of the insulating base, one end of each of the conductive paths protruded on one side of the insulating base, the other end of each of the conductive paths exposed or protruded on the other side thereof. The insulating base is made of a resin material and the conductive paths are formed at a density of at least 1,000,000 conductive paths/mm2.

摘要: A method of manufacturing structures includes a stripping step in which an aluminum member that includes an aluminum substrate and an anodized layer present on a surface of the aluminum substrate and that serves as a cathode is electrolyzed to strip the anodized layer from the aluminum substrate to obtain a structure composed of the anodized layer. Electrolysis in the stripping step is carried out in such a way that a current passes over a surface of the anodized layer. Structures having a well-ordered array of pits can be obtained in a short time without the use of substances such as chromic acid that are deleterious to the environment.

摘要: A semiconductor device includes a plurality of sets of external drive terminals in a marginal region along one long side of a rectangular semiconductor substrate, a plurality of sets of ESD protection circuits arranged in the marginal region and coupled to corresponding sets of the drive terminals, and a plurality of output circuits coupled to corresponding sets of the drive terminals. Each set of drive terminals in a plurality of n columns along a Y direction is laid out in a staggered arrangement with drive terminals in adjacent columns shifted relative to each other. Each output circuit includes n output units associated with n drive terminals of each set and arranged in one column in an X direction. By the arrangement, the drive terminals can be arranged at a narrower pitch, and the total width for n output units can be compacted into that of one output circuit.

摘要: An earpiece, an electronic device, and a communication device, capable of reducing the influence of leakage of sounds from a clearance between the earpiece and an ear not to need an addition of parts are provided. An earpiece (100) includes an electromechanical acoustic transducer (10) having a diaphragm and for generating a sound by vibrating the diaphragm in response to an electric signal, a case (11) on which a sound hole (12) is provided and in which the electromechanical acoustic transducer (10) is housed, and a holding member (13) for holding the electromechanical acoustic transducer (10) in the case (11). The electromechanical acoustic transducer (10) has a sound pressure-frequency characteristic that is compensated in advance such that the sound pressure-frequency characteristic is planarized in a condition that the generated sound is leaked from a user's ear (14) being covered with the case (11).
