摘要: A method for stirring chrome-containing molten iron comprises mechanically stirring chrome-containing molten iron contained in a refining vessel by the use of an impeller having a rotation axis in the vertical direction where the refining vessel is such that the horizontal cross section of the inner wall thereof is circular around the central axis of the vessel in the vertical direction and the impeller, as integrated with the axial rod covered with a refractory, rotates around the central axis of the axial rod, as the rotation axis thereof. The stirring mode is regularly or irregularly switched between a concentric stirring of the molten iron in a state where the rotation axis of the impeller is centered in the central axis of the vessel and an eccentric stirring of the molten iron in a state where the rotation axis of the impeller is decentered from the central axis of the vessel.

摘要: Chrome-containing molten iron and slag are to be obtained in an electric furnace operation using CaF2-free slag. In order to reduce and collect chrome from the slag while simultaneously promoting desulfurization of molten iron, a chrome-containing molten iron produced in an electric furnace and having a Cr content of from 8.0 to 35.0% by mass, and a CaF2-free electric furnace slag formed during the molten iron production, including Cr2O3, SiO2 and CaO as the constituent components and having a basicity CaO/SiO2 of from 0.7 to 1.7, are mechanically stirred with an impeller in a refining vessel. A metal Al-containing substance and CaO are put into the vessel before the end of stirring to thereby control the basicity of the slag after the end of stirring to at least 1.9

摘要: This invention aims at providing a control circuit of power supply in which a secondary battery and a device are connected in parallel, to output capable of preventing over-charging of the secondary battery and supplying power from the secondary battery to the device, and a control method of the power supply. A device 5G and a secondary battery 2G are connected to a DC-DC converter 1G in parallel. The device 5G is supplied with both a power from the DC-DC converter 1G and a power from the secondary battery 2G. When the secondary battery 2G is in non-charging state, an offset circuit 15G supplies a positive offset for reducing a difference of voltage between a detection signal Vx1G and reference voltage e1G to a reference voltage e1G corresponding to a charging inhibit signal CAS. An error amplifier ERA1G reduces an actually flowing charging current CCG by an amount corresponding to the offset value as a result of recognizing that the charging current CCG flows more by the amount corresponding to the offset value.

摘要: A step-up/step-down DC-DC converter for reducing loss caused by activation and inactivation of transistors. An error amplifier included in a control circuit generates an error signal in accordance with voltage difference between an output voltage and a reference voltage. A PWM comparator compares a triangular wave signal and the error signal to generate a control pulse signal having a pulse width that is in accordance with the voltage difference between the output voltage and the reference voltage. A pulse detector monitors the control pulse signal and generates a mode switch signal for switching the operation mode of the DC-DC converter in accordance with a monitoring state of the control pulse signal. A switch provides the PWM comparator with the triangular wave signal or an offset signal, which is generated by adding an offset voltage to the triangular wave signal, in response to the mode switch signal.

摘要: A wall surface of a combustion chamber (5) of an internal combustion engine (1) is divided into a low temperature wall surface (5b) and a high temperature wall surface (5a, 6a, 15a) comprising other components, and behavior models of the fuel adhering to these wall surfaces are created. By determining the fuel ratio which vaporizes from the wall surfaces and burns, and the fuel ratio which is discharged without being burnt, in respective models according to the wall surface temperatures, particularly under transient conditions, these behavior models allow the fuel amount burnt in the combustion chamber (5) and the fuel amount discharged in the exhaust gas to be precisely known.

摘要: Torque control of an electrical motor 4 connected to a drive shaft 6 and control of the rotation speed of a generator 2 supplying electrical power to the electrical motor 4 are performed in response to the running conditions of a vehicle. The actual generator output of the generator 2 is estimated at a given time and the drive output of the electrical motor 4 is limited in response to the estimated generator output. The drive output of the electrical motor 4 is limited in response to increases in consumed energy and reductions in the generated output of the generator 2 resulting from increases in the kinetic energy of rotating components of the engine 1 or the generator 2 during acceleration. Thus the difference of the generated output of the generator 2 and the consumed electrical power of the electrical motor 4 can be reduced during acceleration and it is possible to reduce the capacity of the battery supplying auxiliary electrical power.

摘要: An engine control system for an internal combustion engine comprises a combustion system for changing over a combustion mode from a first mode such as a stratified charge combustion mode to a second mode such as a homogeneous charge combustion mode, and an EGR system for controlling an EGR flow to the engine with an EGR control valve. A controller calculates a delayed target equivalent ratio which varies gradually from a first ratio for the first mode to a second ratio for the second mode, and further calculates a modified target equivalent ratio in consideration of an amount of an EGR gas. The controller determines the combustion changeover timing by monitoring a parameter based on the modified target equivalent ratio to take account of the influence of the EGR gas.

摘要: To provide a drive device rigid enough to endure a stress due to a reaction during driving of an arm unit, and to provide a conveyance device including the same.A drive device includes a frame and an actuator installed in the frame. The frame is formed by integral molding by casting. The frame includes a connecting portion connectable to a division wall of a conveyance chamber, a bottom plate portion serving as an opposed portion provided to be opposed to the connecting portion, and a plurality of coupling portions that couple the connecting portion and the bottom plate portion to each other. The actuator includes three coaxial shafts (two rotating shafts and single turning shaft), three motors, and a transmission mechanism that transmits a rotational driving force by the three motors to the three shafts. The frame is formed by the integral molding, and hence it is possible to realize a drive device having a high rigidity.
