    摘要: A vibrator 10, which is formed in a silicon wafer 1 by means of MEMS technique, has eight beam portions (beams) 12 supported at a central portion 11 and extending in the radial direction while mutually keeping the same angle and has a ring portion 13 connected to the eight beam portions 12. Outside the ring portion 13, eight electrodes 21a to 21h for electrostatic actuation, capacitance detection, or the like are spaced uniformly with a gap 22 created between the ring portion 13 and the electrodes 21a to 21h. Inside the ring portion 13, sixteen electrodes 23 for frequency adjustment are spaced uniformly with a gap 24 created between the ring portion 13 and the electrodes 23.

    摘要: A large diameter portion of a rotating shaft is supported by an opening in a front housing via a radial bearing. An outer race of the bearing is in contact with an inner, rear surface of the housing as a shoulder portion of the opening. The inner surface is forwardly recessed, so that a small chamber is formed between the housing and the bearing unit. The housing has a stopper projection at a rear end of an opening to which a shaft seal unit is inserted. The projection is axially projected to a faced front surface of the large diameter portion of the shaft, while a seal chamber is formed between the shaft seal unit and the large diameter portion. The seal chamber is in communication with the small chamber. A plurality of circumferentially spaced grooves for holding lubricant are formed at the recessed surface for forming the small chamber.

    摘要: A MEMS device including a getter film formed inside a hermetic chamber provides stable performance of the MEMS device by electrically stabilizing the getter film. The MEMS device includes a movable portion and a fixed portion formed inside the hermetic chamber. The hermetic chamber is formed by a base material of the MEMS device and glass substrates and having a cavity and cavities made therein. A part of any continuous getter film formed inside the hermetic chamber connects to only one of any one or a plurality of predetermined electrical potentials of the fixed portion and a ground potential of the fixed portion through the base material of the MEMS device.

    摘要: In an electrical compressor having a motor and an electrical circuit integrated with a compression portion, a part of electrical components of the electrical circuit is disposed in spaces between a cylindrical outer surface of a motor housing and an imaginary flat surface that imaginarily contacts the cylindrical outer surface. Therefore, the spaces can be used effectively, and the electrical compressor can be downsized. Further, the part of the electrical components can be effectively cooled by refrigerant in the motor housing. On the other hand, the outer surface of the motor housing is used as one surface defining an inner space of a casing for accommodating the electrical circuit. In this case, the electrical circuit can be effectively cooled by refrigerant in the motor housing.
