摘要: There are described a semiconductor device having multilayer wiring and a method for manufacturing the semiconductor device, wherein an interconnection hole for interconnecting an upper wiring layer to a lower wiring layer is formed correctly, thereby improving the reliability of multilayer wiring. A lower silicon oxide film, an upper silicon oxide film, and a silicon nitride film to be interposed therebetween are formed on a spin-on-glass (SOG) film. Enlarged openings for interconnection holes are formed only within the upper silicon oxide film while the silicon nitride film is used as an etch stopper, thereby preventing extension of the enlarged openings to the SOG film.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device wherein a contact hole formed in an interlayer insulating film on a semiconductor substrate is filled with a plug for electrically connecting an overlying conductor layer with an underlying conductor layer. The plug fills the contact hole, and comprised a tungsten film the upper end whereof is positioned below the upper surface of the interlayer insulating film, and a tungsten film which is filled on the tungsten film in the contact hole and the upper surface whereof is on substantially the same level as the upper surface of the interlayer insulating film.

摘要: A method and apparatus for manufacturing a semiconductor device having an interlayer insulating film of improved flatness after a CMP process are obtained. The method includes the steps of: heat-treating a semiconductor device having an interlayer insulating film containing impurities; conducting a process for making an impurity-concentration distribution at an upper layer portion of the interlayer insulating film substantially uniform after the heat treatment; and polishing the interlayer insulating film by a CMP process after the process for making the impurity-concentration distribution substantially uniform.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a readily produced and easily handled heat storage member. The heat storage member 1 has a rectangular plane surface of, for example, 15 (cm)×20 (cm), and has a thickness of, for example, 10 to 15 mm. The heat storage member 1 includes a gelatinous latent heat storage material 12, and a large number of highly heat conductive fillers 14 dispersed in the latent heat storage material 12. The highly heat conductive fillers 14 are mixed in the latent heat storage material 12 with a bias in dispersion density. In the rectangular plane surface of the heat storage member 1, a periodic pattern is formed in combination of cellular (cell-like) regions 10, which are demarcated by, for example, hexagonal contour lines 16 and which are periodically arrayed in the vertical and horizontal directions.

The container body includes a first heat-insulating material 14, a second heat-insulating material 15 which is provided partially on the opposite side to the storage chamber 2 with respect to the first heat-insulating material 14 and has thermal conductivity lower than that of the first heat-insulating material 14, and a heat-storage material 16 which is provided at least partially in a region where the second heat-insulating material 15 is not provided as viewed from a thickness direction of the first heat-insulating material 14 on the same side as the storage chamber 2 with respect to the first heat-insulating material 14 and is formed of one or more kinds of raw material where phase transition is caused between a liquid phase and a solid phase at a temperature between the temperature outside the storage chamber 2 and the temperature inside the storage chamber 2 obtained by the function of the temperature-controlled unit.

摘要: When an ECU receives a transmission signal having a high level from a transmission, the ECU exerts torque reduction control to reduce a torque control value for a motor generator. Furthermore the ECU sets an optimum (or target) value of a voltage as based on the torque control value and a motor rotation speed and controls an upconverter. Herein, when the transmission is shifting gears, the ECU controls the upconverter to allow the voltage to be constant regardless of whether the torque reduction control is exerted to reduce the torque control value.
