    摘要: A process for producing polycarbonate oligomers by the reaction of dihydroxy compounds with phosgene, which comprises contacting a mixture of a dihydroxy compound and an aqueous alkali solution with phosgene in the presence of an organic solvent in a tubular reactor to perform a first-stage reaction, introducing the first-stage reaction mixture into a tank-type reactor equipped with a stirrer and containing the aqueous alkali solution and a solution in the organic solvent of a polycarbonate oligomer formed by the reaction of the first-stage reaction product in a second stage, and performing the second-stage reaction while stirring the reaction mixture in the tank-type reactor and maintaining it at a predetermined temperature by sufficient removal of the heat of reaction.

    摘要: A process is disclosed for producing powdery polycarbonate from a polycarbonate solution which comprises:(a) charging the solution into the feed opening of a disolvating apparatus, the apparatus being composed of a casing and having at least two screws incorporated therein, the screws meshing with each other; the apparatus comprising two parts; a evaporating zone and a powdering zone; a space being provided above the screws in the evaporating zone, the space extending in the axial direction of the screws and having at least one degassing opening, and side and bottom portions of screws generally fitting with the casing in the evaporating zone; top, side and bottom portions of screws generally fitting with the casing in the powdering zone, heating means being installed in the casing and/or screws;(b) in the evaporating zone, evaporating the solvent of the polycarbonate solution using the heating means while moving the solution by the screws;(c) powdering the dried polycarbonate in the powdering zone; and(d) discharging the powdery polycarbonate from the product exit in the powdering zone.

Specifically, the present invention provides a multilayered film including a polyolefin layer (A), an adhesive layer (B), a polyamide layer (C), a barrier layer (D), an anti-fogging agent layer (E), and an anti-fogging agent volatilization-preventing layer (F), the polyamide layer (C) including 5 to 30 wt % of amorphous aromatic polyamide, the barrier layer (D) including a saponified ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVOH) having an ethylene content of 35 mol % or less and a saponification degree of vinyl acetate of 90 mol % or more, the anti-fogging agent layer (E) including an anti-fogging agent and polyolefin, and the anti-fogging agent volatilization-preventing layer (F) including polyolefin; and the multilayered film having an (A)/(B)/(X)/(B)/(E)/(F) layer structure (wherein the layer (X) represents a (C)/(D)/(C), (D)/(C)/(D), (C)/(D), or (D)/(C) layer structure); and a method for producing the same.

    摘要: A flame retardant resin composition having a high impact resistance is disclosed, containing (A) 20 to 85 weight percent of a high molecular weight aromatic polycarbonate copolymer comprising (1) 2 to 30 molar percent of a bisphenol the nucleus of which is substituted with a halogen and (2) 70 to 98 molar percent of a halogen-free bisphenol and (B) 80 to 15 weight percent of an ABS resin comprising a mixture of (1) a graft copolymer of a butadiene-based rubbery polymer to which is grafted a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and acrylonitrile and and (2) a copolymer of a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and acrylonitrile. The amount of said rubbery polymer is 5 to 40 weight percent of the ABS resin.
