摘要: An object of the present invention is to produce a resin-impregnated sheet in which a fiber sheet is impregnated with a liquid crystal polyester, which has excellent thermal conductivity in a thickness direction. A resin-impregnated sheet is produced by impregnating a fiber sheet with a liquid composition containing a liquid crystal polyester and a solvent; removing the solvent; raising a temperature from a temperature of 150° C. or lower to a temperature of a liquid crystal transition temperature or higher of the liquid crystal polyester at a rate of 1.0° C./minute or more; and then heat-treating the obtained resin-impregnated sheet at a temperature of the liquid crystal transition temperature or higher of the liquid crystal polyester.

摘要: A circuit board inspection apparatus is equipped with a plurality of lane divided sections for transferring circuit boards, a plurality of movable transfer devices disposed on the plurality of the lane divided sections and having transfer portions for transferring the circuit boards, and visual recognition positions disposed adjacent to the plurality of the lane divided sections in a Y direction. The plurality of the movable transfer devices transfer the circuit boards from the lane divided sections to the visual recognition positions. One of the movable transfer devices has a height adjustment portion that moves a corresponding one of the transfer portions in a Z direction to prevent the movable transfer device from interfering with a corresponding one of the lane divided sections, in transferring one of the circuit boards from one of the lane divided sections to one of the visual recognition positions.

摘要: A squeegee device includes a squeegee that has a sliding contact portion in sliding contact with a screen mask, and that prints a solder on a circuit board through the screen mask, wherein an attack angle of the squeegee is adjustable. In the squeegee device, when adjusting the attack angle during a tooling change in which the type of circuit board is changed, positions of the sliding contact portion before and after adjustment substantially match.

摘要: A screen printing machine prints solder on circuit boards at predetermined printing positions. The screen printing machine includes a plurality of lanes arranged in a Y direction and each having a printing position, and a housing surrounding the printing positions and having replacement access ports which open in an X direction. The X direction is a direction in which the circuit boards are transferred, the Y direction is a generally horizontal direction which is generally perpendicular to the X direction, and a Z direction is a generally vertical direction which is generally perpendicular to the X direction and the Y direction. A replacement part disposed in the plurality of lanes is replaceable from the replacement access ports during a tooling change.

摘要: An oilless chain is configured to connect alternately a pair of outer plates having two pins for coupling each other and a pair of inner plates, disposed adjacent to the pair of outer plates, having two bushings for coupling each other, by incorporating one of the pins into one of the bushings. After perfluoropolyether is impregnated into the bushings, the bushings are immersed in a lubricating oil composition prepared by blending perfluoropolyether with polytetrafluoroethylene. The polytetrafluoroethylene has a primary particle diameter adapted to the diameter of the pores of the bushings through which the lubricating oil composition flows.

摘要: Aspects of the invention provide a hoisting and lowering driving engagement multi-row chain in which the weight of the chain is balanced across the chain width direction so as to improve the load balance. This allows the weight of articles to be hoisted and lowered more stably hoisted and at higher positions, and results in an improvement of endurance of the chain, reduction of driving noise, miniaturization of the chain size, while the biasing or deflecting of intermediate tooth plates and inner tooth plates in the chain width direction is suppressed.
