摘要: Disclosed is a patterned film forming laminated sheet comprising a multi-layer construction prepared by successively laminating a release sheet layer (1), a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2), a base sheet layer (3), and a patterned film layer (4) or further laminating a pigmented print layer (5), said patterned film layer (4) being prepared by a process which comprises coating a fluid coating composition containing a powdery magnetic material on one side of the base sheet layer (3) to form a fluid film, and acting a magnetic force on the powdery magnetic material contained in the fluid film in a fluid state to form a pattern.

摘要: Respectively disclosed is a method of temporarily protecting a surface of a top coating of a coating finished automobile, which method comprieses (A) adhering a plastic film having a releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to a body surface of the coating finished automobile and/or (B) heating a heat-shrinkable plastic film to be shrinked so as to fit to an intended shape and to cover the body surface of the coating finished automobile; which method comprises applying to the body surface of the coating finished automobile a plastic film prepared by intermittently coating a releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to cover the body of the coating finished automobile; which method comprises covering the body surface of the coating finished automobile with a plastic film having a rough surface on a side contacting with a coating surface, and fixing a terminal of the film and heating, when needed, to cover in conformity with a body shape; and which method comprises subjecting a plastic film to vacuum forming to cover a body surface of the coating finished automobile in conformity with the body shape.

摘要: Disclosed is an adhesive sheet for preventing icing, the sheet being characterized in that the sheet comprises a release sheet (1), a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2) formed on the sheet (1), a base sheet (3) adhered to the layer (2) and an anti-icing layer (4) formed on the base sheet (3) and that the anti-icing layer (4) is formed from a composition (A) or a composition (B), the composition (A) consisting essentially of:(a) a copolymer having hydroxyl, or hydroxyl and other reactive group and comprising an essential monomer components a fluoroolefin and a vinyl monomer having hydroxyl and copolymerizable with the fluoroolefin,(b) a silicone compound represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein n is an integer of 6 to 300, k is an integer of 0 to 6, h is 0 or 1, m is an integer of 0 to 6, j is 1 or 2, and Y is hydroxyl, carboxyl, epoxy, or a monovalent or bivalent groups containing one or two free isocyanate groups, and(c) a polyisocyanate compound, and the composition (B) consisting essentially of:(d) a graft copolymer prepared by reacting the component (a) and the component (b), and(c) the polyisocyanate compound.

摘要: The present invention provides a transfer sheet for marking which comprises a base sheet, a releasant layer, a layer of printed design or like marking (printed layer), a layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive and a release sheet, all superposed in this sequence, the transfer sheet being characterized in that an application film consisting of a film and an adhesive layer is provided over the exposed surface of the printed layer after removing the base sheet and the releasant layer from the transfer sheet.

摘要: A colored coating composition containing, as essential components,(I) a resin composition comprising at least one selected from a group consisting of a mixture of a polyol resin having a mean molecular weight of 1000 to 30,000 and hydroxyl group on backbone chain terminals with a polyisocyanate compound as a crosslinking agent and having a mean molecular weight of 400 or more, a mixture of acrylic resin with a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer resin, and polyurethane resin;(II) a coloring material, and(III) an organic solvent; and a colored film comprising a colored coating layer formed by use of the colored coating composition and suitable for use in vacuum forming.

摘要: An improved process for preparing a printed-circuit board, which successively comprises (I) a step of forming a positive photo-sensitive resist film onto a circuit board having a conductive film according to the electrodeposition coating process, (II) a step of irradiating a full dose of an actinic ray onto the positive photo-sensitive resist film through a photomask with which the actinic ray is cut off over a conductive circuit-forming area, (III) a step of developing the resulting resist film, (IV) a step of etching away a deposited copper-clad area, and (V) removing a remaining resist film on the conductive circuit-forming area, the improvement further comprising a step of imparting the resist film in the conductive circuit-forming area an increased alkali resistance prior to development so as to obtain the printed-circuit board having high resolution with good reproductivity without being affected by variations of the developing conditions.
