摘要: Disclosed is a system for notifying information projected on a windshield, on the basis of a virtual image containing the information. The system controls a virtual image creation unit (23) so that the virtual image is displaced in at least one of a direction corresponding the advancing direction of a vehicle, a direction corresponding to a vertical direction with respect to the advancing direction, and a vehicle width direction. Moreover, the system controls a notification sound creation unit (24) so as to create a notification sound corresponding to the displacement of the virtual image.

摘要: A display device for a vehicle is provided in which when a first image and a second image are projected from a single projection means (18) disposed in the interior of an instrument panel (13) toward the rear of the vehicle, the first image is shown on a transmission type first screen (16) provided on the instrument panel (13) so as to be visible from the vehicle compartment side, and the second image shown on a reflection type second screen (17) integrally provided beneath the first screen (16) is reflected by a reflection means (19) and projected on a front windshield (14) as a virtual image that is visible from the vehicle compartment side. Therefore, it is possible to display the first image and the second image on the instrument panel (13) and the front windshield (14), respectively, while using the single projection means (18), and not only can the weight, number of components, installation space and cost be reduced, but also it becomes easy for the first and second images to work in cooperation.

摘要: A high-thermal-conductivity piston ring having excellent scuffing resistance and wear resistance, which can be used in a high-heat-load environment in engines is provided. Also, to provide a piston ring with low friction for contributing to the improvement of fuel efficiency, a TiN coating as thick as 10-60 μm, in which the texture coefficient of a (111) plane is 1.2-1.65 in X-ray diffraction on the coating surface, with the texture coefficient of a (111) plane>the texture coefficient of a (220) plane>the texture coefficient of a (200) plane, is formed under the optimized ion plating conditions on a peripheral surface of the piston ring. Further, to obtain excellent sliding characteristics with low friction without losing excellent thermal conductivity of TiN, a hard amorphous carbon coating is formed on the TiN coating.
