    摘要： An actuator arm assembly in which a spacer is designed to absorb a stress occurrable during a caulking operation so that the spacer will not be deformed. The actuator arm assembly includes a base; an actuator arm rotatably mounted on the base and having a first hole at one end thereof; a load beam supporting a magnetic head at one end thereof and having a second hole at the other end; and a spacer firmly secured to the other end of the load beam and fixedly caulked to the one end of the actuator arm. The spacer includes a flat portion, a cylindrical portion integral with the flat portion, and an annular groove formed between the cylindrical portion and the flat portion. An inner diameter of the cylindrical portion at its distal end portion is slightly smaller than the diameter of the caulking ball.

    摘要： Elastic lifters arranged on an inner surface of a casing of a disc cartridge to act pressing force on a disc each are formed integral with the casing and into a plate-like shape in such a manner that a proximal end thereof is mounted on the casing and the a end thereof is rendered free. Such construction permits the pressing force to be kept constant for a long period of time and effectively prevents damage to the disc-like medium, to thereby substantially improve durability and reliability of the disc cartridge while significantly decreasing the number of parts, facilitating assembling of the disc cartridge and attains a decrease in manufacturing cost.

    摘要： A zero-phase current transformer for use as a leakage current detecting element in a leakage current interrupter in which two magnetic materials of different permeabilities are provided so as to eliminate a range where the leakage current interrupter is inoperable without lowering its ability to distinguish noise components. The different magnetic materials may be provided as a single core constructed by mixing the materials of different permeabilities. Otherwise, the materials can be provided as annually-shaped magnetic pieces stacked one on top of the other. Still further, the materials of different magnetic permeability may be provided as bands of materials interwound to form alternating layers or one of the materials may be provided as at least a portion of a protective case.
