摘要: There is provided a nonwoven fabric excellent in the balance among fuzz resistance, softness and tensile strength. The nonwoven fabric comprises an embossed portion and a non-embossed portion; the embossed portion comprising an emboss pattern that comprises unit patterns each delimited by emboss lines; the emboss lines each comprising a plurality of emboss element parts that are continuously arranged with a predetermined interval; wherein in the direction in which the distance from any arbitrarily-defined point in the non-embossed portion within the unit pattern toward the outside of the emboss lines that delimit the non-embossed portion is shortest, at least one of the plurality of emboss element parts is disposed so as to block the direction in which the distance from the arbitrarily-defined point toward the outside of the emboss lines that delimit the non-embossed portion is shortest.

摘要: A fiber comprising an olefin polymer composition including, based on 100 parts by weight of an olefin polymer, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a di-fatty acid ester of a poly(oxyalkylene)diol represented by formula (1) described below and 0.01 to 2.5 parts by weight of a poly(oxyalkylene)sorbitan tri-fatty acid ester (the alkylene group being ethylene, propylene or butylene group, the number of added moles being 10 to 40, and the fatty acid being an alkyl or alkylene fatty acid having a carbon number of 12 to 18). R1—COO—(CnH2nO)a—C6H12—O(CnH2nO)b—CO—R2 . . . (Formula 1) [wherein R1 and R2 represent an alkyl group having a carbon number of 11 to 17 and may be the same or different, n in (CnH2nO)a and (CnH2nO)b is an integer of 2 to 4, and a+b is 5 to 23]. The fiber can provide reduced smoke emission during production of a nonwoven fabric.

In the multilayer nonwoven fabric for foam molding, a reinforcing layer is stacked on at least one side of a dense layer, the dense layer includes a meltblown nonwoven fabric layer (A) and spunbonded nonwoven fabric layers (B) that are stacked on both sides of the layer (A), and the meltblown nonwoven fabric layer (A) and the spunbonded nonwoven fabric layers (B) are partially thermocompression bonded with each other.

摘要: There is provided a nonwoven fabric laminate that is capable of being disinfection-treated with e.g., electron beam and is excellent in tensile strength, barrier properties, low-temperature sealability, and softness. The present invention provides a nonwoven fabric laminate obtained by laminating a spunbonded nonwoven fabric on at least one surface of a melt-blown nonwoven fabric (A), the melt-blown nonwoven fabric (A) including fibers of an ethylene-based polymer resin composition of an ethylene-based polymer (a) and an ethylene-based polymer wax (b), the spunbonded nonwoven fabric including a conjugate fiber formed from a polyester (x) and an ethylene-based polymer (y) such that at least part of the fiber surface is the ethylene-based polymer (y).

摘要: A film-like material of the present invention comprises a multi-layered film comprising a hydrophilic porous film containing a thermoplastic resin as a main component and having a colored part on one face thereof and, provided on the other face thereof, a layer for preventing permeation of water. Furthermore, the hydrophilic porous film is obtained by forming a thermoplastic resin composition into a film, and then stretching the film in at least a uniaxial direction, wherein the thermoplastic resin composition comprises 25 to 80 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin and 75 to 20 parts by mass of a filler and further a hydrophilicity imparting agent in an amount of 0.1 to 10 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass, where the total amount of the thermoplastic resin and the filler is 100 parts by mass.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide an agricultural covering material which has a high light transmittance so that it accelerates the growth of crops and has visual confirmation properties to the inside thereof for cultivators, which has a good growth acceleration effect due to heat retention of soil temperature, can suppress ingress of excess amounts of rainwater, has excellent evenness such as a low unevenness in strength and effective prevention of harmful insects which will fly and gather, and which has proper air-permeability. The agricultural covering material of the present invention includes a nonwoven fabric laminate having (i) a light transmittance of 80% or more, (ii) an air-permeability of 50 to 400 cm3/cm2/sec and (iii) a basis weight of 10 to 30 g/cm2.
