摘要: Cathodic electrodeposition paints are rendered hardly susceptible to oil droplet-induced craters by incorporating an amine-modified acrylic copolymer of t-butyl (meth)acrylate with a hydroxyl group-containing monomer and an oxirane ring-containing monomer in the form of an aqueous emulsion. The amine-modified acrylic copolymer may be an adduct with a half blocked organic diisocyanate. The paint gives a cured film substantially free from oil droplet-induced craters and having a good adhesion to an overcoating and a good surface smoothness.

摘要: A fluid path structure in which the flow rate of fluid flowing in each flow path is equal to each other and in which each flow path has an increased flexibility in shape. The flow path structure has flow paths into which fluid is introduced. The flow paths include flow paths having different flow path lengths. The equivalent diameter of each part of each fluid path is set according to the flow path length of the fluid path so that the entire pressure loss of each flow path is equal to each other.

摘要: A method for surface treating a heat exchanger and an aluminum heat exchanger obtained from this method are provided that can effectively suppress the foul odor characteristic to flux that emanates following degradation of a hydrophilic coating film and a chemical conversion coating film in a non-corrosive flux brazed heat exchanger on which flux easily remains. The method for surface treating a non-corrosive flux brazed heat exchanger made of an aluminum material conducts a pickling treatment step, a chemical conversion treatment step, and a deodorizing treatment step on the heat exchanger, in which the acidic cleaning agent contains nitric acid and sulfuric acid as well as a predetermined amount of ferric salt, and the surface treatment agent contains silica grains coated by a vinyl alcohol polymer and polyallylamine resin such that the total content of the silica grains and the vinyl alcohol polymer is a predetermined amount.
