摘要: An inkjet recording apparatus ejects ink from recording heads to a recording paper, thereby attaching the ink to the medium for recording. The apparatus includes a carriage driving motor, a transfer motor, a scanner which reciprocates a carriage having the recording heads in a scanning direction, and a transfer machine. The transfer machine transfers the recording paper in a transfer direction perpendicular to the scanning direction. Both of the motors are located at approximately the same place in an ejecting direction of ink from the heads to the paper, and at the same height of a transfer path of the paper or on the carriage side with respect to the transfer path.

A single ink supply tube supplies ink in a greater amount per unit time than other ink supply tubes. At least a part of the ink supply tube has a larger diameter than the other ink supplies tubes.

摘要: An atomic force microscope capable of vibrating a cantilever at a constant amplitude at all times. Variations in the vibration of the cantilever are sensed by detecting the variation in the position of reflected light by a photodetector. The output signal from the photodetector is fed to a band-pass filter to extract those frequency components which are close to the resonance frequency of the cantilever. The output from the filter is fed to a waveform converter to convert the signal into a square-wave signal of a constant amplitude via a phase-adjusting circuit. The output from this waveform converter is supplied as a driving signal to a piezoelectric device via an amplitude-adjusting circuit and also to a frequency-to-voltage converter to convert the signal into a voltage signal V.sub.fv corresponding to the frequency. A reference voltage comparator produces the difference between the voltage signal V.sub.fv and a reference signal. This difference signal is supplied as a feedback signal to a z-scanner drive circuit.

摘要: One object of the present invention is to provide a method of improving the affinity of a solvent for the surface of a hardly soluble or insoluble substances. Further object of the invention is providing a molded article comprising a hardly soluble or insoluble substances using the solution of a hardly soluble or insoluble substances. A method for improving affinity of a substance surface for a solvent, comprising: bringing the substance surface into contact with water-soluble xylan and the solvent, wherein the substance is hardly soluble or insoluble in the solvent in the absence of the water-soluble xylan. A solution comprising an added water-soluble xylan, a substance, and a solvent, wherein the substance is hardly soluble or insoluble in the solvent in the absence of the water-soluble xylan. A molded article comprising the added water-soluble xylan and the hardly soluble substance.
