    摘要: The invention relates to a respiratory mask comprising a mask body (2), a sealing edge (3) and an inhalation device. Said device can be improved such that gas can be evacuated from the inhalation device without noise disturbance. The aim of the invention is achieved by virtue of the fact that the inhalation device comprises a plurality of lamella-type, partially overlapping membrane elements (8) which can be unfolded by the respiratory gas flow and which are arranged on the mask body (2).

    摘要: A compact device for supporting respiration is provided making possible a mobile, autonomous, pressure-supported respiration of patients near the lungs with very small dead spaces and flow resistances. The device is especially useful for medical applications. The device includes a rotary compressor (3) with an electric drive motor provided with a filter (7) arranged directly upstream in the direction of flow. The compressor (3) is arranged directly upstream of a breathing mask (2) or a breathing tube. A control unit (6) is provided for setting respiration pressure on a basis of speed of rotation. The control unit (6) is connected to the drive motor of the compressor (3).

    摘要: A measuring head for the determination of the concentration of a paramagnetic gas in a gas sample has first and second housing parts (21, 2) made of a steel alloy for accommodating a magnet coil body (4, 5) each. Metallic bars (31, 3), which are used as magnet poles for the measuring head, are located at spaced locations with a defined air gap in the assembled state of the measuring head. A sample gas cuvette support (6) is provided in the air gap between the housing parts (21, 2) for positioning a sample gas cuvette holder (1).     摘要: A radial compressor is provided for respiration purposes. The sound emissions generated by deflections and separations of the gas flow in the compressor wheel and the housing of the radial compressor and by the high-speed motor of the radial compressor are reduced. This is achieved with a specially shaped passage channel (4) for the volume flow, which exerts a stabilizing effect on the volume flow utilizing the Bernoulli principle of flow. Additional sound reduction is provided by using a separate mass (8) arranged between the motor (6) and the housing (3), which absorbs the sound energy generated by the high-speed motor (6). Also sound reduction is provided by suspending the radial compressor with membranes in a closed capsule.
