    摘要: A control system for a hydraulic pump in a hydraulic drive circuit includes at least one hydraulic pump whose displacement volume is variable, at least one hydraulic actuator driven by a hydraulic fluid delivered from the hydraulic pump, and a flow control valve connected between the hydraulic pump and the actuator for controlling a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid supplied to the actuator. In the control system, the target value of the differential pressure between the delivery pressure of the hydraulic pump and the load pressure of the actuator is preset, and the displacement volume is varied dependent on the deviation between the differential pressure and its target value for controlling a pump delivery rate so that the differential pressure is held at the target value. The control system further influences the change rate of the delivery pressure of the hydraulic pump with respect to the change in the displacement volume of the hydraulic pump, and determines a control gain (Ki) for the change rate of the displacement volume from the received value; and controls the displacement volume of the hydraulic pump in accordance with the control gain and the differential pressure deviation.

    摘要: A control system for a hydraulic circuit having at least first and second hydraulic pumps of the variable displacement type, a first hydraulic actuator arranged for hydraulic connection with the first pump through first valve to be driven thereby, and a second hydraulic actuator arranged for selective hydraulic connection with said first and second pumps through second and third valve respectively to be driven thereby. The order of priority for hydraulic connection is preset so that, when an operation signal for the second actuator is received while the first pump is inoperative, the first pump takes priority over the second pump, and when an operation signal for the first actuator is received while the first pump is in hydraulic connection with the second actuator, the first actuator takes priority over the second actuator and the second actuator is brought into hydraulic connection with the second pump, and the displacement volume of the first pump and switching of the second valve means are controlled such that, when the first pump which is, in hydraulic connection with the second actuator, is to be brought into hydraulic connection with the first actuator, the displacement volume of the first pump is returned to zero before changing of the hydraulic connection. The control system includes a first judging device for determining if the first pump is in hydraulic connection with the second actuator when the operation signal for the first actuator is received, and for generating a command for backing up reduction in the supply of hydraulic fluid into the second actuator simultaneously when the displacement volume of the first pump begins to returns to zero. When judged that the first pump is in hydraulic connection with the second actuator, a command signal switches a third valve to an open position in accordance with the backup command. A command for initiating a displacement of the second pump is generated in accordance with the backup command.

    摘要: A flushing valve system suitable for use in a closed circuit hydrostatic transmission including a variable displacement hydraulic pump, a hydraulic actuator and two main lines. The flushing valve system includes poppet valves mounted in passages for respectively communicating the main lines with a fluid tank, passages mounting throttles for causing the pressure in the main lines to act on pressure chambers to keep poppets of the poppet valves from moving to an open position, and a change-over valve responsive to the pressure differential between the main lines to communicate the pressure chamber of the poppet valve connected to the main line on the lower pressure side with the fluid tank. The poppet valve connected to the main line on the lower pressure side opens when a predetermined pressure level is exceeded by the pressure in the main line, to thereby allow working fluid in the main line to be drained to the fluid tank.

    摘要: A circuit pressure control system for a hydrostatic power transmission having a variable-displacement hydraulic pump driven by a prime mover, a hydraulic actuator for actuating a load and a displacement adjusting mechanism for the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump and actuator are connected together in closed or semi-closed circuit, and the displacement adjusting mechanism is actuated by a signal indicative of the operating lever manipulated variable and a signal indicative of the actual displacement of the hydraulic pump to control the speed of the hydraulic actuator. The circuit pressure control system is provided with a sensor for sensing the circuit pressure of the hydrostatic power transmission and generating a signal indicative of the sensed circuit pressure, a device for calculating based on the manipulated variable and circuit pressure signal a hydraulic pump displacement command that causes the displacement of the hydraulic pump to be changed at a maximum rate when the circuit pressure is below a predetermined value and causes the changing rate of the displacement to be reduced when the predetermined value is exceeded thereby, and a device for comparing the displacement command with the actual displacement of the hydraulic pump and producing a signal for decreasing the difference between them and supplying such signal to the displacement adjusting mechanism.

An engine speed deviation is obtained from the difference between a target speed set by an accelerator operation of the internal combustion engine and an output speed thereof. Then a fuel injection target value in predetermined functional relation to the engine speed deviation, is obtained based on at least the engine speed deviation, and a fuel injection rate of the fuel injection pump is controlled based on the fuel injection target value. At the same time, a displacement volume target value of the hydraulic pump is determined based on at least the engine speed deviation and an actual discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump in such a manner that as the engine speed deviation increases an input torque of the hydraulic pump decreases, and the displacement volume of the hydraulic pump is controlled based on the displacement volume target value.
